    I hired ************* to update and improve the website for my business, Smart Wash Solutions laundry. The one thing I specifically wanted from them was a better page to compute the delivery charges. We discussed in length what I wanted and they assured me that they could do that.They also insisted that I get a basic SEO plan which I understood would optimize my website and that this would start when the website was complete lasting for 3 months.I paid $1500.43 on 9/24/24. Invoice #******. Note: The payment on my **** was to the merchant name ******** Advertising In March, 2025 we went live even though the delivery fee page was not working. At the time I said to them that I didn't want to go live since that page was not working. They assured me that they would fix it. Since then I have made numerous attempts to contact and correct the problems with the delivery fee page in particular and other minor items that were not completed or were done in a way I did not request.I have talked to three different people and they all assure me that they will complete it and correct it but little happens. At one point they told me that I needed to pay more since the website had gone live. As of now, I cannot use my website to take pick up and delivery laundry orders. I have to do it with phone calls. My old website was able to take orders.I am happy to forward the email conversations we have had. Please let me know if you need anything further.

    We agreed on October 14th, 2024, that WIX Launch Pad would create a custom website for my small company. They outlined the scope of work and cost, to which I agreed with. I Paid 1/2 the cost of the total amount, and to date, July 24th, 2025, they have NOT delivered what was agreed upon! They have not:1) Returned Calls 2) returned emails 3) provided the refund I have requested since there has been CLEAR Breach of Contract 4) they have not delivered on promised deadlines

    Wix Launch Pad told me they had offices all over the world and over 3000 employees to convince me to hire them to build a website. They eventually admitted to only having 3 offices in the ** (that might not even be true). They are a small group of people. Additionally, they failed to deliver the services promised and continued to lie about the size of their company. They threatened me with a lawsuit if I filed a complaint against them. They then agreed to a refund but it was never issued. They are now refusing to respond to my emails.I paid Wix Launch Pad $650.00 on June 12, 2025.

    I went on ******* to get started on a website. I paid $249 for the service on my business charge card. The $249 was charged by ************. I then was contacted by a ***** ******* from Wix Launchpad about the site. He immediately told me that I would need to pay him for the domain name, etc. I paid $599 on my business debit card for 3 years service. The $599 was charged by ************ 360. I then to my dismay, saw I was charged $30.96, plus $60.73, plus $33.32 on my debit. I did not authorize these charges. I called Wix Launchpad and ***** did not know about these charges, he claimed. I was also debited $191.52 from a ************* which my bank was able to stop. The ******* charges I am disputing with my bank. I had to cancel my debit as a result of these fraudulent charges.I am now wanting a refund from ************ 360 and from Wix Launchpad. I spoke with both companies and they both guaranteed the refund of $599 and $249. I do not trust this but unfortunately I have to wait to see if these will go through with my bank. I am putting in a complaint for Wix Launchpad because that's where all the other unauthorized charges all started with this ***** *******. I have called numerous numbers for all companies involved and ******* has no number. They will be my second complaint with the BBB.

    I hired a web design company online to create a website for my new business. I purchased multiple packages: ultimate design package, SEO, Web Hosting, etc... totaling $5,048. We did some work on the web design and I approved the home page. The interior web pages looked terrible, I let them know all of the issues I had about it, but after working with them for a month, I decided it wasn't a good fit. I told them they could keep the $699.00 design fees since they did do some work on the home page, but requested a refund for $4,349 for the services that I will not be using. They do not come into effect until the website design is complete and the website is launched, which did not happen. I spoke with them on multiple occasions to explain why I am not happy with their services and will not be moving forward with them. There was no signed contract, which should have been a red flag for me, but.... I was told that I could have a refund, but it never came. I kept speaking with ***** ****, the project manager, and he kept trying to keep me on and give me better "deals". I just want a refund. I tried calling again today and was sent directly to voicemail.

    To Whom It May Concern,

    I wanted to let the BBB know that my complaint was resolved with the business WIX Launch Pad and I received a full refund for the services that I did not use/receive.  Thank you all for your help finding a solution to this matter.  I really appreciate your help with this as I was not able to get anywhere on my own.
