    My husband and I booked a stay at the ***************** through this business (via ****) for May 2026. We reserved two nights at $200 per night, signed the contract they sent us, and received confirmation. Everything was finalized--we had a deal.Then, a week later, we received an email from the company claiming they had made a "mistake." Suddenly, the nightly rate had jumped to $375, and we were told there was now a three-night minimum. Our original total of around $400 was replaced with a new bill exceeding $1,300. Are you kidding?This wasn't a misunderstanding--we had a signed, legally binding contract. The company acknowledged the error was entirely theirs, yet they refused to honor the agreed-upon terms. That is not only unprofessional--it's unethical. You don't get to change the rules after the fact just because you want to charge more. If a business makes a pricing error, it's their responsibility to uphold the agreement--not punish the customer for their mistake.We are extremely disappointed by this conduct. It shows a total disregard for integrity and accountability. We will never stay at one of their properties again, and strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them.
