According to BBB information, this company sells used vehicles that are advertised in "showroom conditions" on websites such as EBay and Car Gurus. Complaints allege that once the consumer takes possession of the vehicle, it is found to have mechanical problems that require additional work and were not disclosed during the sale of the vehicle.
Based on this information, BBB is requesting specific information from Davis Autosports to address these concerns. BBB wrote to Davis Autosports on March 14 to request specific information as to how the vehicles they sell are inspected/evaluated prior to being listed for sale, copies of the business' promotional and advertising material, and an explanation of the company's fees and refund policy. As of today, BBB has not received a response to our letter.
