On October of 2021 I made a purchase of a Hotpoint dishwasher at Lowes. In November or December of that same year Lowes came out to install it. On March of 2022 I contacted ***** to let them know that the new dishwasher was leaking water. They sent someone from ***** factory services on March 16 to come out and take a look at the dishwasher. When they came they checked the dishwasher out and told me I may needed to have the back legs on the dishwasher adjusted. They told me I would be hearing from someone (Mega Plumbing) who would come out and do that. Throughout that year my family caught covid 3/4 different times so it was hard to get someone out to service it. December 26 2022 a tech from mega plumbing came out. When he came into my home he was rude, rushing, and acting like he didn't want to be here. He kept trying to make it seem like I was stupid and was the reason for the dishwasher leaking. I asked him to slide the dishwasher out to check behind it and to adjust the legs he refused to do that. He also broke my counter top(which still have not been fixed). The appointment resulted in my kicking him out of my home. I immediately reported the situation to mega plumbing and to ***** and at this point was asking for a new dishwasher since its obviously something wrong with the one I have and because I have had 2 techs come out and neither have done anything. ***** sent me an email on 12/28/22 and asked me to send over the video I had of the leak as well as a picture of the cracked counter I sent that information over the same day and never heard anything. I contacted them again on 1/2/23 and was asked to send over the same information and again I sent it on the same day and haven’t heard anything. At this point I want a new dishwasher and my counter top fixed immediately. I haven’t used my dishwasher since.
