    We hired *** to do a remodel/addition in October 2021, was supposed to take 5 months. It took 15 months. Finished January 2022, with a final partial pass inspection. It's now ended up being a failed final inspection because they skipped out on the waterproofing/ draintile inspection. Per contract we had a year warranty, throughout the entire process the communication had been terrible. During the year of warranty they wouldn't fix any of the problems we have and are still currently having. The few times we did speak they would set dates and never show up. Our final inspection is still a fail. The foundation leaks, Ejector pump installed wrong, sump pump installed wrong, plumbing problems, electrical problems, no vapor barrier up on main foundation wall among other things. We have criminal charges in place with the common wealth for forgery and construction fraud. We did a construction loan and paid them in full 214,000$. We now have to rebuild due to highly elevated mold and moisture growth. We need help. We filed with **** and have spoke to several attorneys.
