    11/9/22: SR Home Improvement Invoice ***** $850.00 11/10/22 Zelle payment for $850.00 to SR Home Improvement I hired SR Home Improvement to remove and replace existing acoustic ceiling tiles with *********** PVC ceiling 2x4 tiles and paid in full $850.00 for labor only to do the work. SR Home Improvement came to my home to look at the work said it would be no problem to do the work. They also showed me pictures of a job they did with the exact same tiles and assured me they could do the job. I purchased to ceiling tiles, grid tape for aesthetic purposes, and adhesive from *********** directly. I informed SR Home Improvement that the adhesive was for the sole purpose of using with the grid tape to ensure adhesiveness. As they were doing the work, I found that the SR Home Improvement employee was using on the ceiling tiles not grid tape. As the work was preformed I notified SR Home Improvement of issues with rippling of tiles in area where the recess lights and areas where the tiles were buckling or slipping out of the grids. I contacted *********** Company to ask for assistance and *********** Tile Company sent me a video how to correct all the issues in addition to offer for SR Home Improvement to call ***** from *********** to walk them through. ***** (***********) informed me that SR Home Improvement never contacted him. SR Home Improvement attempted to correct on their own but could not resolve any of the issues. Than SR Home Improvement informed me that the grid system was out of alignment and I would have to pay an additional $2,200 to replace. I again called Pro Ceiling and they told me how to fix but SR Home Improvement just ignore me and help from *** *******. Now all the grid tape is coming down and several of tiles are falling through on the grid.
