Plant Warranty if youinstall the plants:Six-month, 50% replacement guarantee on all trees and shrubs, unless tree fallsover due to lack of staking. No warranty on transplants, seed, sod,groundcover, perennials, or annuals. Plants that die from lack of care, i.e. over orunder watering, or from natural catastrophes (floods, droughts, or storms), arenot guaranteed. Plants that are returned and not dead will not be replaced. Receipt of the purchase must also be provided.

There is no refund on opened bags of goods, such as fertilizers, lawn care products, soil amendments, or mulch.
If a refund is required for other items, the customer must provide a receipt and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
