    I purchased what I thought was a hardcover set of books from the company. They sent me a digital download. No where in the description showed that this was digital. I asked for a refund and they refused. As they are not the publishing company for the books, I do not believe they have rights to sell a copyrighted series. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

    Order number: AB-***** Order Date: 5/18/2024 money spent: $58.40 I had purchased two box sets of books as they were pictured. There were no descriptors in the page listing that these were electronic books. I reached out to their customer service to ask about the books after purchase and they confirmed they were ebooks and could not give me a refund. Although under their return policy "Customers can return product in 30 days." and no where on their return policy page does it list ebooks as final sale and not eligible for return/refund. I did not download the books and have no interest in downloading them in fear that there may be something wrong with them or give my computer a virus. This company is a scam and misleading their customers.

    On 02/17/2024, I placed a order with the company Redangos for a book set of DogMan books 1-11.i placed the order and then saw all the not so good reviews and immediately after seeing them and my purchase I requested a refund for my order. And is now May I have not received a refund or anyone has contacted me back about my refund, and I'm still asking for my money back I don't want to have to take legal action for a company that is not legit. It should advertise as downloadable material before someone places the order to get ignored by the company.

    4/30/2024 I ordered a book series, no where in the page did it say anything about a digital copy of the series. It has a picture of the series in paperback. It is false advertising and fraud! I tried calling the number and got a busy signal, also emailed and no response yet. I would like a refund and will order from another company.

    Order placed on 4/17/2024 for a full Box Set of Throne of Glass novels with poster included. After entering my mailing address and payment, I received an email with a link to digital copies of the books. Nowhere in the description or terms and conditions is there a digital option even mentioned. I immediately emailed stating the misrepresentation and requested a refund. It was declined. I then emailed qouting the refund policy that states a full refund will be provided if the order is canceled within 24hrs. I was declined again.

    I purchased a book set. The photo of the book set is a photo of paperback books. The description does not state ANYWHERE that this is a digital copy, it says beautiful 8 book set including 2 posters. It does not state that you print yourself. The books are digital copies. How do you get your posters with digital copies!? It is false advertising and predatory business practices. I have not downloaded the content.

    I purchased a book set on 3/24/24 from Redangoos.com. My order number is AB-*****. I received an email confirming my purchase with a link to download my order. There was no information that this order was a digital order. I reached out to the company on 3/29/24 clarifying this information. I have attached the order confirmation for further details.

    I ordered chronicles of Narnia box set. Nowhere did it say it was an ebook download. The picture shows a whole physical book set. I got an email with a link to download the books. I want my money back! This is false advertising.
