            Our issue with Stream Valley took place the week of September 6th. Our dog was having stomach issues and we took her to the vet. We met with a technician and after seeing the estimated charges, we told the technician to NOT perform any of the items on the list below a certain point unless we are contacted first. We starred the point on the list where nothing else was to happen below without our consent. Stream Valley performed every item on the list, including the items we told them not to. Upon picking up our dog, they requested the full payment of all items, including items we specifically told them not to perform. Days later the Vet told us we had been credited back for those items. Upon following up on our dog, they would assist until the remaining items were paid for...the ones the vet put in writing that were credited back and were never approved. This is a highly unethical billing practice.
