    I told them at the beginning that I was going to have multi boxes to tape so I would end up buying a tape roll there. But also I had two people bringing in more boxes. In between boxes they canceled my transaction. As I pulled up qr codes they decided to wrap and tape half my boxes. They started a new transition and charged me in an additional receipt for the 8 dollar roll. They used from my personal roll and said theirs. But I told the employees that it didn't need to be handled with crudely. The owner presented herself already coming out with a harsh rude attitude. I told her it wasn't right for them to charge me 12 dollars for tape when I bought it to begin with. She refused absolute and declined multi request to tell me why she wouldn't refund me when THEY put on the tape from my roll. She said 'she owns that ups and she WAS NOT going to do it.
    All shipping was prepaid for online and I expected Id bite a bullet possible for 2 boxes to ship out. They wanteddd to charge me over 50 dollars for two items to be put in a box. They said they already put the first in a box. But owner said it was my fault I didn't have all my boxes together for the tape. I declined the box for the second and I knew they were forcing me into paying for the first. If it was done correctly I would have implied my own two boxes and tape even by that point of price. charging for tape alone when they knew I was going to buy. Don't cancel a transaction that's pending, if that was my fault for stepping to the side to get qr codes and them to blame multi charges for tape AND ALSO EXTRA EXTRA PACKING. Then thus the boxes and multi charges for individual tape strips tHEN WANT 50 DOLLARS INSTEAD OF THE 22 I LEFT WITH PAYING just for boxes. I calm just requesting knowledge she told me not to come back &no refund
    I PERSONALLY ALONE send out 10 to 20 packages That's 400 a month & 4,800 a year up charges just from me alone.

    Customer came in with some of her ****** returns. One of her returns required taping, and the other item need to be packaged.  She was given an estimate for the return that required packaging, and she was told that we have a $2.00 taping fee or she could purchase a roll of tape for the other package. She opted for the $2.00 taping fee.  She also had other returns that she had not brought in with her, and when she brought in the additional package it was to large for the taping fee, and she was informed that the large box would not qualify for the $2.00 taping fee. My staff told her we sell rolls of tape that she could buy to tape the large package. She was not required to buy anything at the store.  She could have easily taken her packages with her to tape and package, and then brought back her free ****** returns to the store..  She requested that I take off a portion of the charges that she incurred, and I refused.
