On February 25, I dropped my 2009 Ford Focus off at the business, requesting 2 new tires, a state inspection, as well as any repairs necessary to pass inspection. I was informed that in order to pass inspection, repair was necessary on the driver side door handle so that it would open and close properly from the outside of the car. Upon picking up the car March 1, I noticed that in addition to a subpar repair job on the door handle, there was now a new problem with the lock/unlock buttons on the inside of my doors. The lock replaced on the outside of the door was not set into place properly, sunken in, and catches the key when I attempt to turn it to lock or unlock the door. The buttons on the inside of the door no longer worked at all on the driver side, and on the passenger side, the lock/unlock buttons did the opposite of what they were supposed to- "lock" unlocked the car, and vice versa. I have called and informed the business of these issues, as well as bringing the car back to them multiple times to have these issues specifically addressed. The issues have not been solved in multiple revisits to the business, and they continue to deny responsibility for the newly broken inside locks, as well as insisting I would be responsible for paying for parts and labor in order to fix them.
