This complaint is about a move on April 4th 2022. We hired Dave The Mover since they were the only ones available for that date. They were on time and friendly, but during the move they broke our flat panel ** worth more ~$1700. When we complained about this the company refused to take any responsibility for the damage which seems unreasonable since the cost of the broken ** was more than the cost of the move itself. The company advertises that they are insured, but it turns out that the insurance is for only $50 per item which seems unreasonable given that the items they move are many times more valuable than the $50. My complaint is about the company refusing to take responsibility for the damage to the ** and the lack of adequate insurance.Business response

Good Morning Monday 06/20/22 We did move a ** for this customer. There was no damage to the ** case, and mechanical condition is/was unknown.
