5 starsMr.Fix-It technicians, ******* and ****, arrived at my home early and ready to complete my bathroom. They were so skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They answered every question that I had and at no time did they seem put out. I would recommend this company and these two fine young men to anyone.

Mr. Fix-It team, Barret and ****, were an awesome team. They worked straight through the day to complete the job. They are also going to do my guest bathroom and I have no reservations at all. An excellent company and a fantastic team.Review fromSheri M.

1 starI contracted with (Mr. Fix It ) to have a bathroom installed on the day that they were to be here after taking good faith money of over $3000. A month prior they never showed up 8/19/22 I didnt get a phone call. They were to be here 8:30 9:00 oclock. I had to track the sales person down she assured me that they would be coming that she would make a phone call. She then called me back and told me that they have a window of travel time from 830 to 10 oclock but they should be there. At 10:20 she called me back to see if they had arrived. I told her no she said oh she said after Im done working out I will call them. I then stated to her that would not be necessary I will wait until 11 and I will handle it on my end. I waited until 11:10 I still receive no phone call. I called and asked to speak to **** who was the gentleman who scheduled the time I waited on the phone for 15 minutes just to have the girl come back saying he couldnt take my phone call I asked her to help me I explain to her what had happened. She put me on hold again for another 15 minutes she said no one called her that they werent coming. She said lets just reschedule you. I then told her no I need to know why theyre not coming I have moved all my furniture and Im waiting and Ive had a plumber over here installing a toilet. She said were just going to need to reschedule you. Not one excuse not even Im sorry no one called. Not one excuse just we need to reschedule you. This is a to me is null and void contract good faith money was given time to execute installation was given and no one showed up. Do not use this company. After contacting an attorney he told me it was a breach of Contract. I contacted my **** card they retracted the down payment ever since then theyve been trying to get that money back. To this day I still dont know why they didnt show up I never got an excuse. Know what makes you think that they would honor their workmanship guarantee after this. All trust is gone.MR. FIX-IT
