This company has no substance. The phone number and address attached to this company can also be found attached to ArsenalWholesale guns, Weichert, Realtors Platinum Service, Nachman Fiberglass Pools, Roy Salon & Spa, Nachman Fiberglass Pools, Ashburn Martial Arts Center and possibly more.
The highest ranking individual I have been able to contact within the organization goes by Hassan Cayli. He has multiple phone numbers he uses to facilitate his multitude of shady dealings. I believe both numbers listed above, ending in 3608 & 2090, are the same individual, Hassan Cayli.

I met Hassan through his sub-contractor who posted an ad on Craigslist looking for employees. I answered the ad and have had to jump through hoops for the payment of 75+% of my labor contributed to the building of a Burger King on Ft. Eustis Army Installation.

I believe every project he undertakes is completed by subcontractors. No one on site appeared to be one of Hassan’s trusted employees except his sub-contractor. Everyone had a different style and method of completing the work and there was no training or consistency, only chaos.

In my quest for my deserved wage, I heard mention of “Joyce” in payroll. After a few google searches I found a Joyce Cayli who runs the aforementioned Roy Salon & Spa. I never had the opportunity to speak with Joyce or “payroll” just Hassan and an unnamed man who I believe to be Hassan, as they sounded and texted the same.

The narrative I’ve been given is that the sub-contractor who employed me and posted the ad on Craigslist took Hassan’s money and ran off and that is why I haven’t been paid.

I believe Hassan does not have any employees & he is a scammer. I also believe that the sub-contractor is also related in some way to Hassan and that is why there is so much mystery and deception behind the pay owed to an employee.

This is not how modern business should be practiced in America.

Nachman Construction hired my son and did not pay him for a day’s work. They claim the work was subcontracted and they paid the subcontractor who, in turn, did not pay him. Attempts to contact them are useless. The owner, Hasan, over talks you, screams at you and hangs on the phone before you can articulate your point. He refuses to contact the subcontractor or give you a contact number for him because he claims he is no longer working for him. Moreover, the subcontractor who hired my son does not answer his calls. He has blocked my son simply because he has called inquiring about payment. The business practices Nachman Construction are exemplifying are unlawful and shameful. They would not work for free nor should they expect their laborers to. They are not even worthy of 1 star.

This company engages in deceptive practices, failing to compensate employees and subcontractors. They exploit veterans and tradesmen, neglecting to fulfill payment promises. The community is taking a stand, planning to contact news stations, file police reports, and submit claims to the Better Business Bureau until accountability is enforced. The goal is to set a precedent against supporting such practices in the construction industry.

We will not stop calling, texting and writing reviews until all of the men working for the project in Fort Eustis gets compensated.

Pool was set in the ground back in May 2022. It is now November. Our project hasn’t been completed. The concrete work is a mess. A sprayer was used to apply a sealer. It didn’t work. We have streaks all over. Two other contractors told us it should have been brushed or rolled on. The concrete patio should have been a step down from our gazebo. There is no step. Now we can’t open the gazebo door. The electrician was given a box for the pool lights that doesn’t work. We dug the trench for electrical ourselves. The owner kept giving us excuses about trench wasn’t up to code so his people couldn’t work. The county inspector came out and said it was more than good enough. Works will disappear for weeks and then come work half days. You can’t get a schedule from Nachman. They will tell you workers are coming and nobody shows up. We have taken several vacation weeks to be home when we were told workers would be at our house. They wouldn’t show or even call. No pool cover or pump has been delivered yet.
