    My 16 year old daughter subscribed to this free trial service from *********************************. After free trial ended, she continued to receive charges from them. She tried to cancel the subscription but realized she didn't get any confirmation emails or anything that allows her to cancel it. Time passed by, she subscribed on 9/24/2024 and up until now, ************************ is still charging her weekly. There are total of 37 charges as of 3 days ago. Every week they charge $2.99 plus a $0.09 foreign service fee. I will attach 6 of the 37 transactions on her bank statement, total $113.96. I would like a refund for the fees they charged. She hasn't used their service since the free trial ended. If all ******************************************** know, I will provide all of them.

    Dear BBB,

    It's been a month since I filed the complaint on behalf of my minor daughter, but we still haven't heard from them regarding her credit card charge and refund we requested.
