      i do the insurance for a dental office ive had issues with this company since october 2024. everytime you think the issue is resolved its not. they give you the run around and cant even talk to a supervisor

      From a participating dental office, I do not recommend buying this insurance. They drag their feet when it comes to processing claims. The constantly ask for more information on a claim, even when they have already received all relevant information previously. I have one claim that has been in question for 9 months. My representative, *******, has been ignoring my repeated emails asking her to intervene and try to solve this problem. is unacceptable as it disrespects both the doctor and the patient to withhold the reimbursement due to the patient. I will be cancelling my association with this company once I have finalized this claim.

      To all those seeking dental coverage, do not enroll with Dominion National. What a joke of a company. After Subscribing to their auto payment system and receiving an email confirmation they canceled my policy due to "non payment". Their billing ********************* service were unable to help me, leaving me without coverage.

      Incompetent and awful to work with. The team that answers the phone have no authority and make commitments they dont keep. The leadership is absent. Its a terrible plan and organization.

      I have had Dental Insurance through the Health Share Marketplace for years. As soon as I registered my premium was automatically deducted. It was also easy to go online and make sure my payments went through. 2025 I switched to Dominion. From the beginning this was an issue. No automatic deductions. I kept getting letters requesting payment. I called and paid and went online to enroll in monthly premium. The website is awful, and I was not able to enroll...each time it would claim there was an error and I needed to login again. This cycle continued 3-4 times. I would call the company and ask to be automatically enrolled in monthly premium payments, but they were not able to do it. The *** would indicate that someone would call me to address the online issues. My last interaction was that the company dropped me for lack of payment. Note = every dentist I have spoken with indicates that this is not a good company, they are slow at responding to customers, and not well organized. After looking at BBB site, I can see why.

      As a Provider this insurance company is similar to United Healthcare!! I have billed them on behalf of our pts 3-4 times on claims dating back to September. I am in the process of reporting them to the Insurance Commissioner of the state of MN. This is a disgrace as most of the patients are Senior Citizens

      cant even get ahold of them after 4 hours on live chat and their hotline just to choose a facility so i can get my tooth fixed. ************. they will never pick up. i dont even know why the government insurance website allows them to be showed.

      Incompetent to say the least. Website dysfunctional, phone system dysfunctional. I mean literally dysfunctional. Website can't process your payment. Phone system can only sporadically process your payments. It is such a hassle to just pay your monthly bill. Provider list unreliable. I've had to call this place dozens and dozens of times for the most basic functions. Tried to pay again today by phone, waited on hold, was given the option for a callback, opted for a callback and went into an automated repeat loop before eventually getting cut off and not receiving a call back. Every time, it's a new version of dysfunction. I hope the *** administrators are aware of how dysfunctional this business is and will stop allowing them to participate until they get their act together. I sometimes wonder if the incompetence is part of a fraud.

      As noted by the other reviewer, this insurance company is absolutely an incompetent, misleading, unresponsive, dishonest, scam of a company. When I was a active member of theirs they did not have any in network providers in my noted state of ******* (despite being linked by the government health insurance marketplace.) when contacted, they were unable to provide a list but informed me that I could use the coverage provided by my out of network coverage (90% payment for cleaning and check **** And 60% for fillings and minor surgeries). So I was given the go ahead I proceeded with my dental visits And procedures. However, when all was said and done, Dominion did not provide the noted coverage promises by their plan and payed a total of less than 10% of the entire bill. (Leaving me with roughly $600 out of my pocket from what they should have covered.). When I tried to inquire about what happened and why they did not respond to phone communication or email for well over a month and counting. (I now can't get a hold of any associates regarding my case). Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Scam of a company, stay away.
