Between July 14, 2025 and August 5, 2025 I wrote 6 letters to my son through the Sandboxx app. He is in boot camp at **************. I was able to talk to him once by phone and he told me he did not receive any letters from me, his grandparents, or his girlfriend. We are each paying $5-7 per letter and they are not delivered to him or returned to us. Sandboxx is accepting money for services not rendered. They advertise themselves as being like the **** but at least I know letters sent through the **** are delivered or returned by law.

I use this app as recommended by my sons recruiter to send him mail while he was in Marine Boot Camp. The company told me that his letters had arrived and gave me confirmed shipping information. However, my son never received any of the letters. I paid the company to deliver. Also, in one of the letters I purchased a gift card for a.MCX store one base so he could purchase items. The gift card was supposedly in one of the letters. The gift card never arrived as well. ************ falsely advertises the delivery time on their mail, their mail never arrived nor did the gift card that was guaranteed to arrive ************ took my money and never deliver the product. Also, the company falsely advertises that the mail will be delivered the next day, however, you can see from the photos. I provided as evidence that it is nowhere near the next day that they claimed the letter was delivered This is false advertisement.

They claim to have sent letters and devotional as well as gift cards. They also show delivery dates. We believe these are not legitimate. We are also told the gift cards cannot be used at this base. The gift cards are not needed. Letters that were sent by US mail were delivered and we received letters from our recruit, saying he had not received correspondence from us. We know others in his platoon were receiving mail. We also know from a ******** group that others were not receiving mail that was sent through Sandboxx. Mail that was sent direct through **** was being replied to. I believe this is a scam and am asking for a refund. I would love to see this company shut down. This is horrible to have our recruits sitting, and families thinking they are supporting their loved ones with letters, gift cards and daily devotionals that are not showing up. They will not respond with tracking information and have not refunded any money. I will gladly provide credit card info and screen shots of of all the above for proof. I also have screen shots of others testimonials.
