    I included a screenshot straight from the website that was provided through Apple Pay. I ordered I believe off of one of those little TikTok shops, but I paid with Apple Pay so the sellers information is on my Apple Pay app.  It includes the website, and  contact  email For the seller. The website says theyre out of **************, but the tracking information they tried to share with me said it was sent from ***** so Im very confused myself but the website says theyre located in ********* ****. It just doesnt give an exact physical address. I hope this helps if you need more information please dont hesitate to reach out. Thank you in advance for your time.

    I ordered a supplement off of a TikTok shop or one of the other social media shops on December 14, 2024, I have patiently waited at the beginning of February. I started contacting the company to find out where my supplements were and to cancel my order or find out how to return when they do arrive because I no longer wanted supplements that had been in transit for two months. Thats not safe to ingest, the company responded and did not know where my order was and offered me a partial refund and told me I could keep the product when it arrived. I told the *** via email that wasnt ok and I wanted a full refund. After a few back-and-forth emails with the same context, they emailed and said the items were delivered January 23 and told me to check with my . I get informed delivery from the post office so I know everything thats delivered to my apartment every day, and I have a paper trail of of this. Nothing was delivered to my apartment from this company. They didnt have any updated shipping information until Monday when they told me it was still January 23 they refused to give me a refund and theyve stopped responding so I have no product no refund and I paid over $50 for product and shipping insurance. I just want resolution. I dont have time to argue back-and-forth and this is my last effort to recover and maybe prevent somebody else from being scammed to the way I was scammed.
