    On February 3rd, 2024, TJ Fannons spilled an unknown amount of heating oil in my basement, flooding the entire area. The driver left without notifying anyone, having mistakenly gone to the wrong address and caused a spill. It wasn't until complaints from neighbors and the overwhelming odor that we discovered the cause. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, no response was received until the following day. The company claimed full responsibility, stating that their new driver had made a mistake and didn't realize the damage he had caused. The owner, *** Fannon, promised to document and report everything, reimburse me for damaged property and personal belongings, and hauled away approximately two truckloads of items for disposal. However, after a few hours of cleanup, they left and never returned, despite over 20 phone calls and numerous emails. After six weeks and failed attempts to contact them, I contacted the ********** of ************* Quality, who launched an investigation and are still working with state contractors on the cleanup. TJ Fannons has failed to respond to their emails and has received a letter of intent to violate, with the matter now being handled by the enforcement team. I have taken five days off and estimated $10,000 in damaged belongings. I am seeking to recoup my losses and have been denied insurance information and reimbursement checks. I hope to work with the Better Business Bureau to find a resolution that benefits all parties involved.

    A check for $5,000 was sent to **********************. It has been received and deposited by him. We have requested a copy of the permit for the removal of his fuel storage tank and the final inspection report, as required by ********** City code. Any further reimbursement is dependent on receipt of these documents. If proper procedures had been followed, this incident would not have occurred.

    Fannon came to deliver heating oil to my house, but instead started to pour the oil into our neighbors pipes (**********************************. Our neighbor replaced the oil system with an electric water heater 5+ years ago, so the oil poured all over his basement, ruining everything in his basement, including the tools he uses for his job. They didnt respond to multiple calls until the next day, when they came and hauled away the ruined items, and promised to return to clean up the basement and pay for the ruined items. Since that first visit, Fannon has not returned, have not responded to phone calls from our neighbor or the landlord, and have not payed for the ruined items. This has been a serious disruption to our neighbor, who had to clean the oil up himself.

    A check was sent top ********************** to cover damaged goods. Additional documentation was requested with regard to the tank removal at ****************************** as it did not appear to comply with ********** City code requirements. Had the tank been removed according to local code which requires a permit and inspection, this incident would not have occurred.
