    They lack customer service and do not take responsibility when they lack services, instead what they do is take down your information so they can BAN you later so you are no longer a issue to their business. My first visit to this spa was back in Dec 23 for a friends bday, we were excited to relax and enjoy everything they had to offer only for that to be cut short not even a hour after we checked in. We wanted to grab a quick drink before we started only to be told the cash registers were down and they didn't know how long it will take to get back up (okay cool no problem). We then decided will lets go grab something to eat...only to stand in a line for over 30 mins and counting to be told that they ran out of food for the day (we were confused because they had just opened and we had not been here an hour). we went to speak with a manager who told us her staff had miss spoken and that things will be up and running shortly, while we waiting along side many other women who were there to complain, food services opened and they said it will be full services and all things were avail, I ordered and paid and then was told to wait, after waiting I was told my food is not in stock and I had to order something new, we are now here atleast 2 hrs still no food or drinks and services are not available. so we moved on to the pools etc, at the end we asked to speak to manager to report these issues we had only for him not to want to come down from his office to speak to the atleast ***** women who had issues to report, when he finally came down (deQuay) took people information and we were told we would receive a call that call never happened. I sent a follow up email/call no return to either. I went back recently with my mom for a second chance over my better judgment so she can experience it only to find out I have been Banned due to me making complaints and **** was the guy to inform me as he act as if he was not sure how I got there. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THEY DO NOT CARE

    This organization customer service is horrible. The General manager Marcel Pappalardo and manger Kate was not accommodating. The facility does not present spa etiquette. The spa customers were talking loud & walking around with alcohol beverages partying. The customers were behaving like they were on vacation/club, The illusion and advertisement presented spa wellness (quiet / relaxing). This is not true.
    I asked the employees to help me find a quiet please to relax before my services. We were unable to find a quite area. I spent 0ver $500 and was not happy.
