I hired CodeBright to develop my mobile application, DepozitApp. From the beginning, they promised transparency, timely delivery, and professional project management. Instead, my experience has been marked by inflated hours, delays, broken promises, and misleading statements.Over 900 hours were billed, far beyond what is reasonable for the scope of this MVP. Tasks that should take 12 hours (such as updating a commission percentage) were logged as 25+ hours. Reports they provided contradict each other, and the hours do not align with their own progress reports.***** and ****** repeatedly promised features that were never delivered. For example, they told me ****** required a $2,000 threshold for instant payoutssomething Stripe has confirmed was false. They also promised deliverables (all source code, documentation, and project assets) multiple times but withheld them, creating artificial delays and excuses.Every urgent matter I raised was postponed to tomorrow, but tomorrow never came. They even admitted that no hours were tracked on certain days while simultaneously billing me for inflated totals. This has caused me financial harm (over $55,000 already paid) and emotional distress. I never refused payment, and I have always cooperated in good faith, even advancing payments when asked. Still, CodeBright failed to meet their obligations and refused to provide the materials that rightfully belong to me.This is not just poor managementit is a pattern of dishonesty, misrepresentation, and fraudulent billing. I request that BBB investigates CodeBrights practices, that they release all deliverables (source code, documentation, and assets) as per our agreement, and that they provide restitution for the inflated and unjustified hours billed.?
