    This is sickening and an absolute disgrace of an agency....I sent proof of the sign off as requested for an appeal never responded. I went online daily to find resolving this. It had me enter CC info to file check along with the proof...they don't answer the phone ever and when you do select call back number they call you back and place on hold and then tell you they will call you back again...this whole agency is out of hand and there is no liability or recourse what they do to people.

    This firm has no business inserting themselves into out of state local government. Their system tripped a fine via our rental car agency within hours for a ticket that was improperly issued at a broken parking meter--and the rental agency then debited our bank account for an administration fee. What a joke. It has now taken weeks of our time to clear up this mess. And their website now shows the citation as CLOSED and Upheld with a zero balance due. That is wrong. Do not allow your city to implement this predatory system, and tell your city council to take responsibility for the fines and citations that they are issuing.

    I just received a notice in the mail about a parking ticket in ********** on a date 7/31/2024 on a *******************. [no city] plus NO real proof. Now I live in ************* & have proof that!!!!!! shows I am in ************ on that date that the "So Called" ticket was written

    I was given a parking ticket during street sweeping. For some reason the officer gave me 2 identical tickets on of which I was not aware of. I payed the ticket that was given to me the next day so when I got a letter for a parking ticket I assumed it was the ticket I had already payed so I payed it no mind. When I found out about the mistake I tried to file for a appeal but could not since the allowed time had passed I tried calling to speak with a representative only to be on hold for a long time and then asked to be placed on a call back list. When I get the call back, I am again placed on hold only to again be asked to be placed on the call back list.

    They sent me a $100 citation for supposedly leaving my car parked in the wrong area on the beach on a Wednesday. I work every day and do not frequent that area. I even looked at my Google Maps history to confirm if maybe I had just forgotten and no, as expected I was at work that day. I think they are banking on people just paying their tickets without question. I will not.
