            I conducted online research to find a carpet company to provide basic cleaning services for an antique rug that belonged to my grandma. I found All Green Carpet Clean and reached out them for the requested service. On November 4th, a representative from the company came to my home to pick up a 100 year old carpet. The carpet was picked up by a gentleman in an unmarked car and the receipt had a sketchy look to it that made me do additional research. After seeing additional reviews about rugs being ruined by the company, I requested that they return my carpet without treatment. They charged my credit card for the delivery fee (as expected) and also the cleaning that did not take place. I called and requested that the cleaning charge be removed. They said they would return my call but have refused to do so. This is both unethical and goes against the BBB ratings they have on their site.

            The pricing is a scam. They quoted me an $89 sofa cleaning and said a full assessment would be made on-site by the technician. The technician billed me $589 for a sanitizing clean. The service was completed and the sofa is clean, but 600% of the quoted price? That’s outrageous. When I called the company back after to get another quote and try to find out how much additional services could typically run, they refused to give me any idea of what costs would be associated with any services beyond the standard $89 steam clean only. This is terrible business. Also, my first appointment was cancelled and the technician showed up over an hour past the 2-hour window for the second appointment.
