  An Alexandria grifter called Mr. Kleen Carwash!
  
  I've been a loyal customer at Mr. Kleen Carwash in Alexandria for the past 22 years, but I can't stay silent any longer about the unethical behavior of the owner, Raj. What was once a reliable and customer-friendly establishment has transformed into a den of deceit and greed.
  
  Years ago, Raj introduced a monthly subscription plan that offered several "packages" including the promising all-inclusive "VIP" package at $48/month, which covered everything from interior cleaning to rim cleaning and tire dressing. However, over the years, it's become clear that Raj's primary goal is to squeeze every last dollar out of his loyal patrons.
  
  First, he eliminated the dash and rim cleaning from the "VIP" package, replacing it with the "Supreme" package at $63/month, which included interior cleaning and rim treatment. But this was just the beginning of a troubling pattern. Less than a year later, he once again axed the rim treatment without warning, leaving us feeling like pawns in his game.
  
  Today, I was shocked to discover that the "Supreme" package no longer even includes seat cleaning. Instead, Raj now demands an extra $70 each time just to wipe down the seats. This bait-and-switch tactic is not just dishonest; it's outright outrageous.
  
  It's disheartening to witness a business I once admired and trusted resort to such deceptive practices. As customers who have faithfully supported Mr. Kleen Carwash for over two decades, we deserve transparency and honesty, not constant price hikes and hidden fees.
  
  Raj's actions reflect a lack of integrity and a blatant disregard for the loyalty of his customers. It's high time that this shady operation is held accountable for its unethical practices. I've already instructed them not to charge my credit cards and until Mr. Kleen Carwash rectifies these issues and treats its customers with the respect they deserve, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  0 stars if that was an option. My mom and I brought her car here and an employee turned the rear wiper blades on while it was going through the wash and it broke off. They called the next day and had me come back and showed me the video and admitted fault. They said they would replace it. Now nearly 5 weeks later every time I call the manager has COVID, is out of town, isn’t working today, or some other excuse about why he has to call me the next day. Guess what? He never calls. Take your car here at your own risk.
