              Dear Madam, Sir, I have the following issue: On March 14, 2023, I bought a ticket (Addis Ababa to Zanzibar). Ticket # 071 ********** (*** ***** ****) When I showed up on the counter, your agent told me that my ticket was not valid. Since I had to fly for family emergency, I brought a new ticket: Ticket # 071 ********** (*** ***** ****) Now, the travel agency (***********) is telling me that I will need to pay a 50$ No-Show and 150$ cancellation fees. Furthermore, I called Ethiopian Airlines Canada Center and they asked me to directly contact you. I strongly believe that it is not fair that I had to buy a new ticket on the same day while I had a valid ticket. I am kindly asking for the full refund of my first ticket: 071 ********** since I bought a new ticket on the same day: 071 **********. Can you please help, Thank you, regards,***********

              Please please save your money! If you get into any issues you’ll get nothing but the run around! I went to the location in Jersey because they lost my mom Luggage and he had the nerve to tell me I would I have to go to Africa to resolve the issue. My mom was there for 3 months and went there everyday and nothing. They told her they would reach out to her and have not! This is shit show of a business and I d k how they’re in business smh I’ll definitely will be looking into a lawyer to retrieve a refund for their lack of accountability smh
