      On July 12, 2024, I requested information on EZ Driving School's website. I received a text message from ****** from EZ Driving School. We arranged for my son to begin driving sessions on July 29, for the cost of $350.On July 20, 2024, I received a text from ***** who identified himself as being from EZ Driving School. ***** said he was asked by EZ Driving School to conduct the driving sessions and he provided a different range of dates and times for the sessions.On July 27, ***** arrived at our house to begin the sessions. ***** was driving a vehicle that said he was affiliated with Horizon Driving School--not EZ Driving School--and he was wearing a Horizon Driving School shirt. During the driving lessons, ***** spent much of the time talking on his phone having lengthy personal conversations and conducting other business.After our son completed several unproductive sessions, the remainder of the lessons were discontinued.EZ Driving's decision to sub-contract the lessons to another company, without our permission, violated state driving school regulations and was deceptive. ******* practice of having phone calls while he was supposed to be providing in-vehicle instruction also violated state regulations and led to unsafe situations. Essentially we ended up paying for ***** to sit in his car and talk on his phone.On August 2, 2024, I contacted EZ Driving School in writing by email to raise these concerns and to request a full refund. I did not receive a response. On August 5, 2024, I emailed EZ Driving School again. I still have not received a response.I would like the BBB's assistance in obtaining a full refund from this business.

      The business has already contacted me and we have resolved the dispute.  The business gave me a full refund.
