    I took my car in 03-04-23 and was told it would be a week for the repair. 4-1/2 weeks later I paid my bill (2484.00) and it was not right. I had to take it back less than a mile down the highway I had issues and had to go back to his shop for 3 hours. Since then all it does is constantly over heated transmission and shifting hard. He took my car back multiple times and pulled the transmission multiple times and never did get it fix correctly. He promised a refund if not fixed by 06-22-23. I never got a refund. I was trying to take it to another transmission shop and the left front ball joint came a apart because the bolt was left out or not tightened. I had a wreck due to that. Towed to a garage and repaired all except the transmission. I took it to a dealership last week and they said it needs a new transmission, but I already knew that. This guy still wont refund my money. He is a liar and a thief with multiple judgments against him and many negative reviews. DO NOT USE THIS GUY IF YOU WANT A GOOD HONEST REPAIR ON YOUR TRANSMISSION. I will see him in court and will do everything I can to shut him down. It is not right for me or anyone to spend just under 2500 dollars, not have a car for months and get nothing but problems and financial issues from it. I travel for work and I lost out on about 6 or 7 thousand dollar job because he had my car so long. I guess that is a blessing because I would have gotten a long way from home and been stranded somewhere on the side of the road. ***** ESTEP, ESTEP TRANSMISSION IS NOT WHO HE PRETENDS TO BE. HE LIES TO CUSTOMERS AND MISLEADS THEM WITH NOTHING BUT EXCUSES. HE SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR FRAUD AND DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES. BUYER BEWARE! A ONE WEEK REPAIR TOOK 12+ WEEKS, COST ME A LOT OF MONEY AND STILL i HAVE NO CAR TO DRIVE. I CAN'T EVEN TRADE IT IN BECAUSE IT IS NOT ABLE TO BE DRIVEN MORE THAN 5 MILES OR IT WILL OVERHEAT RIGHT NOW.
