    I enrolled in an advanced EMT class with this business that was supposed to begin on November 19, 2024. For enrollment, I paid a $200 deposit on September 30, 2024. On the agreed start date for the course, I showed up to class where I was only then told that class would be postponed until December 3, 2024. Despite class being postponed, they collected the first day payment of $332 to cover any fees that come with the course. When I went back to class on December 3, 2024 they attempted to hold a lecture by providing the state with falsified information on what the class was for and did not receive prior approval from the state to conduct the lecture. However, approximately 30 minutes into what was supposed to be a 5 hour class, they informed me again that they are going to stop class early and postpone it until further notice. To the best of my knowledge, they have still not started classes as of January 17, 2025. I emailed the school on December 6, 2024 requesting a refund for the course because I had not been receiving what I had already paid $532 total for. They responded and told me that someone will give me a call to get everything worked out, but it never happened. I have sent numerous follow up emails to them, but all of them have been ignored. I have been able to exchange minimal messages with this company on GroupMe, but no resolution has been reached and they have begun ignoring messages there as well. I would like to receive a refund for the $532 I have given them and be removed from all further communication lists.
