I will try to summarize my many pages of issues documented about this company down to very high level, key points, that you will want to know.
I had this company complete some concrete work for my mother some 20+ years ago, and then again for my own home about 10 -15 years ago. Both those projects were completed with no issues. They actually did a great job.
However, fast forward to 2024 and things are much different. The gentleman who I had always worked with, and referred others to, apparently was no longer in charge, or did not work on my project. As he was retiring, and was no longer involved, as per the new "project manager" (David) and the retirees son.
Hitting on the key points, first being, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS. As stated by friends and neighbors, one of the biggest problems is that the PM never takes notes or writes anything down. This led to many issues with mine and my neighbors and friends projects. All pointing back to the PM. One example of this, I had agreed upon a certain stamp for both front and back yard concrete. I happened to be home the day they were completing the stamping. I walked out to the back concrete just as they were getting ready to stamp, and they were going to use the wrong stamp, even though we had gone over this multiple times. They also buried a rain gutter pipe in my back patio pad, and they had not asked me about it. They just did it and never asked me.
They gave me a date to be ready to pour on a Friday. Long story short, they rescheduled my pour date and then rescheduled again, even though I took vacation time to prep. This is not the same company they used to be. Other issues being cost issues, grade of concrete, uneven pour to meet up with existing concrete, and so much more. They will try to point the finger back at the customer as being the problem, but again, neighbors and friends with similar issues. Buyer BEWARE. Not the same company they used to be. I have many texts, and concrete, to validate these claims.
