      I was disappointed in comfort solutions and **** recommend their services. I called on a Friday evening and was told it would be $250 for an emergency visit for a tech just to come look at our AC, which is a lot! 10 minutes later I called back and canceled the request, however the technician still showed up and appeared irritated that we told him we had cancelled. He said he never received a notice of the cancellation. Since he showed up we decided to have him look at the *** He looked at our AC and said there could be a leak but he wouldn't know for sure unless he did some digging and told us our unit was difficult to get to. Instead of running any tests he suggested refilling the refrigerant, which we did, however, he didnt tell us it would be $249 for the first lb and $149 for each lb until he had already put in 2.5 pounds. Before he began filling it he said it was two forty nine for the first pound and one forty nine for each pound after. Not being HVAC experts, we thought he meant $2.49 and $1.49. When he realized we misunderstood the price he stopped filling and only charged us for 2 pounds. Next time he should clearly state the cost is two HUNDRED and forty nine dollars and not just say two forty nine. That was a $700 visit and nothing was fixed! There definitely was a leak because two days later our system stopped working again. We called another company and the first thing they did was run nitrogen through our system and confirmed it was a leak and showed us exactly where it was and are working with us to replace the parts. We wish the Comfort Solutions tech had run nitrogen through the system the night they were here, as it took all of 10 minutes and were charging us $250! Then they could have found the leak immediately and could have ordered a replacement part and afterwards recharged the system thereby saving us $400 for refrigerant that leaked out within two days and was a waste of money.

      Comfort Solutions have given us great service.They came to do a system inspection for the cooling side.The Tech (***** *******) recommended the new **** Halo-LED to clean up the inside environment. The unit is not cheap but I feel its money well spent and cost effective. Two of the things Ive noticed was there is definitely less dust and we have a Dog and Cat. The other is there are no smells in the house for example if you are cooking something extensive there is no remaing food odors by morning..I feel that (*****) is a really good Tech who knows what he is looking at and makes sure that you are happy with his work.He is one of those Guys who seems to love what he does.**** *****

      I notified them ahead of time that my next appt. with the eye surgeon will be 2 days after my due date to return the chair. I was charged 3 days overdue leading to over a $60 charge. This is alot of money to me. I explained to one of their managers/supervisors my story, They said, "it says in your contract you are to return the chair 1 week after receiving it." I told her so my story/reason doesnt matter, and she said no. I felt I had no compassion about her not considering/listening to my reason. I turned in the chair with everything included and nicely packed. By the way, the return address was somewhere in *******, ******* and not **********. To me $60 is alot of money that I feel I should not had to pay for. Im frustrated.

      After reviewing this customer review for ***** ******, I don't feel like he has the correct company.  He mentions something about a chair, but we are a heating and A/C company, and have nothing to do with chairs for furniture.  We have a ***** ****** in our customer database where we serviced his ********************** back in January 2025.  My general manager has called the customer and left a message and also reached out via text message.

      ****** T. from Comfort Solutions tuned up my central air conditioning unit. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to hire ****** in the future to perform work on my A/C unit.

      I contacted Comfort Solutions to address a problem with a gas insert fireplace that would not light. They charged a bit over a $150 service fee to show up and diagnose the problem. After the initial diagnosis, they said they had to order parts. Nothing unusual about that. Without going into a blow-by-blow recap of the multiple visits over the following three months, it was their opinion that the fireplace could not be fixed. The communications with Comfort Solutions during this time were only when I reached out to them for a status report. To their credit, they did make multiple visits during this time but with no solution. When they finally reported the best solution was to replace the fireplace as it was not repairable they sent out a salesperson that more than happy to propose replacing the fireplace with new units with prices starting at $5,000 and up. In searching for a second opinion I came across another company that visited on Tuesday to diagnose and followed that up the next day with a full repair for less than $160.My greatest disappointment in Comfort Solutions was:- The over 2 1/2 months they spent attempting to repair the fireplace and the lack of communication keeping me apprised of their attempts to repair the fireplaces.- In their attempts to repair the fireplace Comfort Solutions compounded the issue by replacing a valve with one that it turned out was inappropriate for the application, and then leaving the inappropriate component in place when they gave up on their ability to resolve the issue.- The inability of Comfort Solutions to facilitate for more than months, the repair when another company visited the site on one day and had it repaired the following day.I do not dispute the amount of time their staff spent on site. Comfort Solutions does not have the expertise to diagnose and repair the issue when there are other companies that we able to complete the work in two business days.
