Has lazy techs, if they think you are not home they will skimp on services, cant seem to get your requested appointment days correct and have been trying to cancel for a month now through various means, if you call they tell you they need to send you to the cancellation department and leave you on an eternal hold. After a service for mosquitos the grandkids were eaten up by mosquitos just 2 days later when they came to swim, I pulled the camera footage and nope, never serviced the back yard or the pool area, cant blame it on the dogs because there was never an attempt to ring the doorbell (also video) to inquire if the dogs were in the back yard, charged for the full yard service and only sprayed front yard, or at least walked it, not sure if they actually applied treatment. Typical corporate minded company, promise the world to get you to sign up and think their customers are ignorant and wont notice their incompetence.Business Response

If there is ever anything were unable to complete during your regularly scheduled visits, we always offer free follow-ups and re-services to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
Regarding the increase in mosquitoes, we understand how frustrating that can be. Because mosquitoes are flying insects, they are more difficult to fully control and cannot be completely guaranteed- especially during periods of rain and high moisture, which can increase their presence. That said, if you're noticing a ***** in any pest activity, were more than happy to provide additional services at no extra cost to help reduce the population.
Since you've fulfilled your agreement with us, you will not incur any cancellation fees. However, wed love the opportunity to make this right and assist you further. If you wouldnt mind giving us a call, wed be happy to discuss your concerns and work out a solution together.

A door to door salesman for Enviroguard Pest Control out of *********, ** (*** was his name) came to my home in May 2023. He was offering monthly pest control service for $55. It would include front and back lawns. I was having a problem with fleas on my dogs and *** informed me that their coverage includes fleas. I was also informed I could cancel service after I paid more than what the initial waived start-up amount would equal ($179). So I signed the contract. Every month when I spoke to the company about scheduling service, I made sure the technician would spray for fleas. The problem never got better, especially over the summer. I waited until ****** arrived to start complaining. I was given a different excuse every time I called. Finally the company told me to give my dogs a flea bath more often. As that was not a solution, I told them to cancel my service. I had fulfilled my end of the contract by paying for 6 billable services in the first 12 months. Even if I hadn't, I would no longer do business with a service provider that tells me I need to continue paying them but I must solve the problem I'm paying them to solve. I find it appalling that they told me to take more of my time, money and to do harm to my dogs because their product and service did not work.This was in December of 2023 and they continue to harass me. They were calling almost every day and now once or twice a week.Business Response

This business continues to charge for pest control services. They have only been to my house once. Someone is always home and their rep cannot enter my backyard unless we open the gate. No one has been here.Business Response

*****, Thank you for the feedback. It looks like we have been to your home twice. Your first service we were able to do the front, back, and interior with no problems. The second service, we were only able to complete the exterior of your home. If you were unsatisfied with the service, we would have been happy to speak with you and set you up a free follow up appointment to come back and re-do your service. We do send several appointment reminders ahead of your appointment to ensure the appointment date works for your schedule and the backyard and interior of your home will be accessible. The fee that is currently on your account is the discount that we gave you at the time of signing up. If you do not withhold your end of the service agreement, we ask that it is paid back. Before we made any changes to your account, we spoke with you several times about closing your account and getting that fee paid. You authorized payment and account closure. I am no longer satisfied with my quartlerly pest control service with Enviroguard.
I am requesting that Enviroguard cancel my account.
I have made this request several times, but Enviroguard keeps promising that they will get it right next time.

on 7/11/2023 A sales deceptively got me to sign a 12-month contract. And within 12 hours of signing the contract, I sent the company an email stating that I wished for them to cancel the contract. They refuse. I don't have the time or the patience for their deceptive practices. I do not wish for their services. On their brochure it states that they need written confirmation within 3 days to cancel. They keep saying they want verbal. The next morning their sales reps were ringing my doorbell when I have a decent size No soliciting sign on my front porch. My husband works nights, and we wish not to be disturbed. They will not leave me alone. Please Make them cancel the contract and leave me alone. The attached PDF shows where they said they need written statement.
