I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ********************************** in ****************, **, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing encounters I've ever had with a car dealership. From start to finish, my entire experience was marred by incompetence, poor customer service, and a complete lack of professionalism.To make matters worse, the negotiation process was an absolute nightmare. The sales staff at ****************************************** engaged in deceptive tactics. When I questioned unnecessary add-on charges they became defensive and dismissive, refusing to address my concerns or offer any reasonable solutions. In addition, our salesman assured us that our in transit vehicle deposit of $3,000 was fully refundable. However, in the negation process we were refused the return of our deposit and this certainly resulted in the pressure to buy in fear of losing our deposit.In conclusion, my experience with ****************************************** was nothing short of a nightmare. From the pushy sales tactics to complete lack of customer service, this dealership left me feeling frustrated, deceived, and completely dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from ********************************** to think twice and explore other options. There are countless other dealerships that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism, and ****************************** is simply not one of them. As far as I am concerned, *********************** sales personnel have put a stain on ******** trustworthy reputation. I will never buy another vehicle from *********************** dealerships. Worst car dealer on the plant, literally go anywhere else. I would take a plane to a different state before I drove 10 miles to them. If you like slimy salesmen and bait and switch tactics, this is the place for you.Review from Robyn R

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and front brakes to be done. Weeks into getting this done by them. I HAD to take my vehicle to another auto body shop. There I was told by them that they DID NOT TIGHTEN my bolts on my TIRES. They told me if I drove it a couple more miles all my tires would have literally came off my vehicle. I confronted them on what had happen. These people/company had the Audacity to put blame else where. They have not done anything or contact me on what they will do to resolve this MAJOR problem. My life was in their hands with my vehicle for they have been the only company/mechanics that has ever worked on my vehicle.Review from Dave F.

i wish i had previous reviews before dealing with these crooks, ************************* lied thru his teeth and is a very high pressure sales and boy if their is an issue they pass the buck and they may seem they care but they dont once they have your money. i bought a used car and 1 day later it dont run anymore now im stuck with a $20k paperweight. When they say no other fees, no hidden fees, no, there are no other costs I havent told you about dont believe them. $499 later for a required theft insurance that you absolutely dont want OR NEED so they can make a killing on it. Such a terrible business practice and terrible sales staff. Stephen **** should be personally ashamed.Review from Stephen L

I purchased a **************************************************************** my 83 year life dealing with a ************* We had already made up our mind and thought the advertized price !***** was acceptable. I ask for a quote for the car out the door complete, I hand him the cash, he give me the keys, deal done. He told me that they could do that, but cash was not king anymore and the only way was to finance. but wouldn't put any one in a six year note. He said they would give me 2 free oil changes and pushed me off to the contracts guy. (****)He worked all the necessary tax, license, etc etc and then said 3 year ***** mile warrantee $2600. no problem with that. then he was pushing paper at me for signature quicker that I could read it, with a breef explanation. The free oil changes was on the contract for ******. Misplaced keys $ ****** theft Insurance $499.00 he said I needed that in case the car was stolen it would give me $5000. to help get a new one. Told him I had insurance. His comment what are you worried about, anything that goes through TCA, the ************ is cancelable any way with a prorated pay back. I thought OK I'll just cancel the stuff I don't want. He moved the warrantee time to the end of the 6 year contract he put together and added $400.00 to the ****, but never increased the mileage.After he got it all put together, he told me that I needed to make the scheduled payment for eight months without adding any toward the principal. ( after that statement I really smelled the rat).Chase Bank sent me the financial agreement and a letter stating that any amount over and above the payment could be made any time towards the principal.I called TCA and they told me that the insurance $499.00 as well as the road side service was not cancelable.His parting comment was OK now you can go home and make a big payment.I would be 90 yrs old and the end of the contract. IF I live that long. I feel deep in my soul that I went through a typical financial abuse of the eldery.Review from Chris T.

Bought a 2012 Yukon in May 2021. Some of the work the dealership documented as having been preformed by them had not been done. There were three items on their psi sheet that I had to pay to have redone at my GMC/***** dealership when I got back to *********. Additionally the ***** dealership noted that all four tires were dried out and rotted. I took the vehicle to Discount Tire where they verified the tires were no good and had to buy new tires. Stephen ***************'s tech had noted on the *** sheet that the tires were in good shape. In July I was contacted by Gio, the general sales manager at Stephen ****. He said he would investigate and get to the bottom of this to get it resolved. I waited a month and have emailed him three times since August to contact me back to resolve this. I have received nothing but silence. The vehicle was over priced by approximately $3000.00 even by KBB and **** standards for the work the vehicle still needed in conjunction with the miles on it. Don't buy a vehicle here. Documentation means nothing and the follow up non existent.Review from Daniel J
