    It looked great and then water started discoloring it. The top coat isn't thick enough. My socks snag a bit when I go out without shoes. We have called and texted them for a week. No response. Would not recommend them to anyone.

    Do not use poor quality and terrible customer service. They offer a one year warranty and my epoxy is bubbling and oxidized. Have tried to contact. Email. Phone. Social media. Online website and all countless times. Not one response. Wish they would at least respond to a customer to honor their warranty but no chance here it looks like. So many better groups out there. We are glad to share them. Poor quality and poor customer service. Do the right thing.

    ***** theres a few things wrong with this complaint. You guys did not get an epoxy coating on the project you are describing. It was a concrete sealer. Our epoxy projects come with a much longer warranty.We have checked our social media and CRM where all our messages come through and do not see any phone calls or messages.You have sent ** a email to which we replied asking for a description and photos of the issues. Once we have those we can then get a representative out to perform any warranty work needed.

    Stay away!!!!!! They are very quick to respond and do the job but ghost you when you call and need them to come back and fix their work under warranty. Called and texted multiple times and tried contacting them through social media. They are nowhere to be found when you need them to stand up to their original work.
