    I have been to this barbershop twice, and both times I experienced the same problem: instead of focusing on cutting my hair, the barbers used the appointment to pressure me about their **************** and attempted to convert me. This happened with two separate barbers on two separate visits, which shows it is not an isolated incident but part of their business environment.The haircut itself was extremely poor both times. On my most recent visit, the cut was so uneven and badly done that I had to purchase a hat immediately afterward just to cover it up. A haircut is not something I can undo I am now stuck presenting myself in public with this mistake until it grows ****** my opinion, this business is more focused on religious recruitment than providing the professional barbering services it advertises. Customers should be able to receive the service they are paying for without being pressured into religious conversations, and the quality of the haircut should at least meet a basic professional standard.I am filing this complaint so others are aware and so the business is held accountable for prioritizing religious recruitment over customer service and for delivering unprofessional results.

    We are surprised by this complaint, as it does not reflect the interaction our team recalls. The ****** who provided your most recent service remembers the appointment as cordial and positive, with no indication of dissatisfaction when you left the shop. At no point did you express concerns about your haircut, nor was there any mention of discomfort with the conversation.Regarding the allegation of religious recruitment, we want to be clear: while some of our barbers are people of faith, it is not our policy or practice to pressure clients in any way. Conversations in the chair often cover a wide range of topics, and clients are always free to engage or redirect as they ********* for the quality of the haircut, our team takes pride in their craft and the positive feedback they consistently receive. We stand by the professionalism of the service provided during your visit.We respect your right to share your perspective, but based on the recollection of the ****** and the absence of any concerns raised at the time of service, we believe your description does not accurately reflect what occurred.
