Ordered a custom exterior door for our house we were building. Paid over $5000.00 and expected a decent high-quality product from a company that will back its product. Within the first 6 months the door started leaking during and routine rainstorm which was warping our brand-new ash wood floors that we installed, stained and sealed ourselves. The door itself immediately started warping and cracking and right after installation one of the finish pieces "fell off". We tried gluing, lightly re-sanding and sealing wood but this situation just keeps getting worse. I have reached out to Rustica several times for missing pieces, poor quality, and many other issues with absolutely no solution and many times no call or email back. **If there was a lawsuit against this company I would join in a heartbeat!! They need to stop producing and selling products that are such poor quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!! **If you still don't believe me just read through all other reviews before taking the plunge!!Review from Jesse D

Company doesn't pay on time if you get a paper check, company under pays employees, owner of the company **** told be not to make a ******* compensation claim when I got hurt on the job, was only suppose to do light duty and I actually got put into a position with more work lifting and cutting every piece of wood that came through the shop... Company or very sketchy, lots of problems inside the shop not the showroom the shop is a circuse, when I applied for the job the ad said $20-$24 an HR... They lie to you upfront to get you to join saying one you learn things you get a raise...I was there 2 years, only got my 90 day review raise which was on my yr **** and the offer was only 50 cents... ************ is all about Thier own pocketReview from ali m

I am so upset with myself that I am not joining the many many other unhappy reviewers of this company. Maybe my review will be the final one you need to help make your decision to not do business with this company. I spent 3k on a dutch door that after 6 weeks started splitting so badly that I have not been able to use the door. Only after threats of exposing them on social media did they make the reluctant offer of a new door (that would take 5 weeks) but I would have to cover the shipping costs and of course the cost to reinstall which would run me upwards of 1k. I refused to spend another penny ! After seeing the number of negative reviews it is no wonder their have terrible customer service- if the replaced all of the poorly manufactured products they would be out of business.
