I read reviews on the BBB website. One review back in 2021 detailed issues with not having Windows uploaded before you received the machine. I am writing this in June 2025 and had the same problems. Tech Leaf apologized and blamed ***** for damage in transit - how convenient!! I actually understand how to boot up a computer from a USB or from the internet. The boot up did not work. The **** window showed "could not locate a hard drive." I contacted both **** and Tech Leaf, with no reply. So, there is no customer support. They will respond when you send it back and when you upload a negative review (and I did). I received a return label quickly and a message from both **** and Tech Leave denying personal responsibility. Last comment: I received a desktop computer without any paperwork: no letter thanking me for my purchase and providing instructions on booting up the computer or providing a list of items included in the box. It is clear to me that this was not a one time issue. I have asked both Tech Leaf and **** to call me personally. They have not done so. They have some terrific reviews - I do not understand why. My computer arrived really late and it did not work and there was no customer support.

Hi ****,I apologize for the inconvenience with your order -- we make sure to test every computer prior to shipping and document the serialized diagnostic reports so we can keep a paper trail for our QA team. It seems in your circumstance the diagnostic reports all showed a fully functional system prior to shipping, which is what leads us to believe that the boot drive may have come loose or damaged during transit unfortunately.I'm sorry that our customer service didn't meet your expectations, we strive to make sure we have accessible customer service on all platforms. **** advises sellers to keep communication about transactions within **** messages and we are always quick to respond and solve any problems you might have. It does appear that all your **** messages were responded to within 24 hours, and that you used our free 30 day returns to obtain a hassle free refund for your purchase. If there is anything else we can do to help resolve this issue, please let us know. Our support team is always happy to help!

Please listen to others and me. I have purchased Optiplex from them. Since the first week, the pc got me series of blue screens. I tried to resolve the problem (bought from ****** I sent back the pc 2 times and they sent me the RAMs to change it myself. (That's 3 times.) Did not work. They even tried to blame me for this incident. At the end, they said it's because of their bad RAM lot after I had enough and wanted money back, but they would not give me refund. Telling me they can't do it because it was over 90 days. I have to initiate the the insurance claim. To my surprise, the insurance guy would not give me the refund either. This is the worst experience I ever have. If you are reading this, please get you refurbished elsewhere. These guys are the worst. I would give them 0 star if I could.

DO NOT BUY FROM TECH_LEAF. I purchased a refurbished **** Optiplex **** Desktop PC from Tech_Leaf on **** 7-9-21 . This is my technicians write up after many problems and the *** Drive Crashed. Custom Build **** i7 | 32GB | 3TB | *** Windows 10 WiFi HDMI Desktop Com...SKU: Operating System: Windows 10 Pro, Hard Drive Capacity: 3 TB, *** Capacity: 500 GB, Memory: 16 GB, Total: $513.88 July 31st, 2021: it was initially setup. The installed Windows 10 operating system was indicating it had NOT been activated. An attempt to active Windows 10 failed. No Windows 10 product key was provided. So, I reinstalled a version of Windows 10 that could be activated properly. Installing and updating Windows 10 took approximately 3 hours ($75).October 25th, 2021: The secondary (data drive) stopped responding. I did a file system and SMART check on the hard drive that returned OK on the file system and SMART status. It was discovered the Windows chipset drivers were out of date. This most likely caused a Surprise Disconnect, as listed in the Windows System Event Viewer, of the secondary hard drive. I updated the chipset drivers and this issue was resolved. It was also discovered the **** Optiplex **** PC **** firmware was outdated:The installed version was A23 (updated Jul-10-2018).The newer version was A25 (updated Jul-19-2019) ?This was listed as a critical update citing ***** Security ***************SA-*****, *********************** Sampling Advisory. This should have been checked for and installed prior to shipping. The **** firmware was updated by me. The customer contacted the **** seller regarding these issues. They refused to pay for repairs and said she should have sent it in which I couldn't as needed it for work. Cost of repairs $75.September 16th, 2022: the *** Drive Crashed. Tech_Leaf had used a cheap *** drive. Purchased new *** Drive $65.69 and all had to be re-Installed-17 hours @ $425. Seller refusing to refund purchase price of $513.88
