      We hired Mayflower in 89 to move from *** to ****. Moving is across country and after doing some research we were excited to use you again. We had a shuttle (an extra 1.5k) the trucker, *** ******, didnt shuttle he parked 45 minutes away from the house instead of down the road, which would have been a 5 minute drive. He loaded up the shuttle van once. He told us he would not be coming back to pick any of our other items because it would have taken him too long. HE failed to walk through with us to go over our High Value items and still have yet to receive an inventory list from *****Additionally, the workers he hired stole our alcohol, drank it on our the property, and told theyre friends were we live and said we were giving away our stuff. We had strangers coming to our house asking to pick up for their things. Mesa Moving and Storage leave much to be desired. The ******************* (packing) was wonderful, the *** team is content with subpar service.They also stole a bike from us. We had 4 bikes, shipping 3 with Mesa and the other valuable enough for us to move it. When they left they had taken all 4 with record of only 3 being moved. Our family in the last 3 months has spent over 36k with ***********/United. If we could we would have gone with another company. Sad thing is that we still arent done working with united. We have yet to buy our house, so our things are in storage. I can guarantee that the alcohol and bike are not the only missing items from our move. ******* ******** of Mesa in *** doesnt seem to think that there is anything that they can do for us until then. She was not surprised, shocked or upset about *** ****** and his team stealing our alcohol, drinking on the job, or strangers coming to our house to pick up what they had been promised by the ********* yourself a favor and use anyone else other than UNITED/MESA MOVING.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are disappointed to hear about your experience with Mesa - we strive for the highest customer experience possible, and what you described is not acceptable and falls well short of the standards we expect from anyone representing Mesa.

      The individuals who assisted with your move were contractors, not Mesa employees,but that doesnt change our responsibility to you.  Their behavior,especially the comments made at your home and the way your property was handled, is completely inappropriate. Weve already taken steps to guarantee they are no longer involved with future Mesa-related jobs.

      We are still working to track down your missing bike and are in contact with the storage facility near your destination. Were hoping it will be located soon and will reach out to you as soon as we have some new information.

      I hired this moving company to move my office desk to storage until the winter weather was over and then deliver t to my home. They picked up the desk on 2/22/2023. It was in good shape. I had received an estimate, which I signed, but the movers were having computer trouble and didnt give me any pickup paperwork. They didnt offer me any insurance at that time. The estimate gave me $6,000 insurance. The delivery mover told me that they picked up the furniture at the storage facility which was already loaded. The damage clearly occurred at the storage facility. When it was unwrapped, the wooden credenza portion of the desk was broken in two. He told me that the company would make it right. The desk couldnt be put back together. I filed a claim and, despite the estimates insurance provision of $6,000, they offered me $150. The desk credenza was replacement was estimated at $3,459 (by the company I purchased it from). I have tried for weeks to get them to pay me to replace the credenza but they came up with a one time customer satisfaction offer of $500. I want my desk credenza replaced or at a minimum, refund of the amount I paid for the move ($2,215.10).

      We truly apologize for this situation, and for the confusion and stress this event has caused the Kahnle family.  Mesa, in consultation with our legal team at ******************* has agreed to pay this claim for $3,400.  This is specifically for the credenza portion of the desk - and the only portion that was damaged during the relocation.  Please contact our representative at ******************** ********************* at ***************************, with further questions.  Thank you!
