    Great service. Staff was awesome! Only complaint would be the 2.8 or 2.6 percent surcharge for using a credit card. This is a change in policy since I last had my car serviced there.

    Gave me an alignment that was way off. Took it to big o because the steering wheel was sideways. They didn't set the toe correctly. Waited for over 5 hours for an oil change tire rotation and alignment

    I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. My sales person told me the bumper to bumper warranty was included and that they would give me 1 year of free oil changes with my purchase as well as warranty my battery for life. These were all added on to my loan without my knowledge. The finance manager had me sing and electronic iPad that signed the contract for me and he skipped over the part were all the add ons were added so I didnt see them until my bank statement. They also added $1200 dollars to the sticker price without telling me and when I confronted them about it they said it was standard and that it was the multi point inspection they do on all trade ins. All in all the added $8000 to my car loan that I did not approve and didnt notice until my first bank statement. When I went in to confront them about it they were rude and confrontational. They refused to take the car back when I told them I didnt want to do business with an untruthful company and they refused to take off the items that they added extra on my purchase. This was the worst car buying experience ever. I will never go back.

    I had an appointment at 1:45pm for an oil change and tire rotation with my pre pay package. I arrived at 1:30 pm. My car was checked in by ***** at 1:35 and I was told it would be completely finished by 2:15/2:30pm. I also asked ***** if we could add some air to my tires and he replied with absolutely yes. However, my car then sat right there where I parked it until 2:37pm. At 2:37 my car was finally taken back for the oil change. My tires were not rotated nor air added. I know this because I watched the entire process through their window and most importantly my tire pressure was the same on the dash inside the car. Also, I have 2 black and 2 green air plug caps. I have different color for this exact reason. At 3:03 my car came out the bay and into the free car wash. At 3:08 my car came out the wash and at 3:09 I was standing at ***** desk waiting to be checked out. When ***** finally walked over to check me out he did not go over or add any recommended services to my check out sheet.( I know there is a couple) He also did not walk me out and help me find my car. I have been coming to this location since i bought my Nissan from them in early 2018 and I have never had such a horrible experience. My car should have been completely finished and me driving away by the time it was pulled in to start the oil change.

    I bought a car from this location in 2013 and it was a great experience. However, when I went there for my current car a *** in May 2024 total different experience. The sale manager ****, kept changing his story and didnt answer what was asked, the sale rep *** had no idea what was going on. Three months after getting the car the engine went out, great it is covered under the forever warranty, but they wont touch it and have to send it to *** for repair, however they cant start looking at till the middle of October. After a week of calling to see about a loaner car they said they can do 5 days. This is crazy that they arent willing to work or help me out at all! I would give zero stars if I could and will never buy a car from them or recommend them again.**Update: they have had the car for 2 weeks and had to send it to another deal ship that can look at it for another 3 weeks, when I called as they requested form this review, I have given the run around, calls have gone not returned, I have been hung up on, they cant for I use the information on where the car was sent too. And I was told it is my problem. I wish I could return the car and never work them again! The worst all around!!

    I have had to take my 2022 pathfinder in every 3 months for something failing on it. The most recent one is a leaking coming from the top of the vehicle. Luckily its covered under warranty. The biggest issue I have had, if taking it in for squeaking in the back right of the car. I have been told its nothing, everything looks good. Then 2 years 2 months into having the brand new car, my breaks are comment worn down. The squeaking I was hearing was constant and they found that. Fast forward, *** brought the car in two times now for squeaking and what do you know round two the breaks need to be changed. They are worn out already, 8 months later. Im told there is nothing wrong with the brakes, its just bad pads. I dont believe what they are saying, the amount of fixes this car has needed as well as needing a third set of rear brakes in less then 3 years tells me this car is not working properly. I also have to bring up that the work has been done every time. Paying $800 for rear breaks two years on, isnt normal. And needing another set 8 months later is crazy. I wish they would listen to me. This car is an expensive lemon!

    This dealership didnt honor my Nissan warranty. They tried to convince me I needed lots of work that I KNOW my car doesnt need. They also tried to charge me ***** bucks to fix the little piece of plastic that holds the center console lid down. One little plastic piece broke under normal gentle use. Instead of replacing the one plastic part they claimed I needed to replace the entire center console. This is a 2 year old truck with very low mileage. Every other person I spoke to or read about having this same problem got it fixed under warranty no questions asked. These guys are slimy and prioritized money over satisfied customers. They lied and tried to upsell me on a simple fix and claimed it wasnt under warranty because I tampered with the center console, meaning I used it as intended (gently opened and closed it about 4 times before it broke). I will NEVER return to this dealership and caution others who intend to shop there. They are untrustworthy and rude.
