      I placed an order on Nov 3 for $47. I received an email saying it has been delivered. I never got it. This has been going on for over 3 weeks. I call they say call later. I text and get no answers. I am very upset with them and either want my order or my money returned. They have horrible customer service. Please can you correct this mess

      11-27-2022 I ACCIDENTLY SUBMITTED PURCHASE WHEN I ACTUALLY WAS TRYING TO ADD A DISCOUNT CODE, THE SITE DOESNT HAVE IT WELL SEPARATED. I IMMEDIATLY TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BY EMAIL TO CANCEL ORDER AND THE AUTO RESPONSE ON THE EMAIL WAS HOW TO ADD A COUPON CODE TO A NEW ORDER. I TRIED EMAILING SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE AND CANT GET A PHONE NUMBER. THE PHONE NUMBER I GOT OFF THIS SITE JUST KEEPS ME ON HOLD

      I placed my order on November 14th for $28.57. I received a email stating my order had shipped on November 19th. I never received a tracking number and I still haven't received my order. I called 3 times and was placed on a call wait after exactly 20 minutes and 13 seconds each time the automated system stated there was no one to take my call and to call back later. I email them and they keep sending me a email on how to check my order status. I get the same email no matter what I say.

      Placed order for $130.38 on 11/1/2022. Received confirmation email same day.
      11/4/22 email stating order is on it's way
      11/6/22 email - order is out for delivery
      Today is 11/22/22 Still no order.

      Have made several attempts to call, first couple times it hangs up. 2 & 3rd time recording says give us 3 minutes for available rep. After 20 minutes it hangs up!!

      Sent email to them on 11/14, response was give us 3 days to get back to you. Still waiting!

      I just want to cancel the order and get my money back. Should never take this long to get items.

      I placed an order on November 3rd of 2022 (order #*******). They advertise that they have the products shipped within 24 hours. Mine never even came up in their system for 10 days. The tracking number (******************) that was provided is incorrect. I have contacted the **** customer service department to see where my products were and they have no tracking number that matches what I was given. I have tried to call numerous times and could NEVER get through to the Vitality customer service department!! Sent an email to the customer service desk and was told I would have an answer within 3 days and no response. I really wish I would have read these reviews before ordering anything from this company!!

      I ordered #******* for a total of $88.66 charged to me (fully paid) and then I never received the product. At first, the website said it was delivered. I sent several emails and tried calling (no one answers the phone) to say I never received the package. Last week their website said the order was "paid" but "unfulfilled". Today, it says it's been "partial" filled, which is not true. I do not have the product. I want to cancel the order and receive a full credit. I feel they have not delivered, I can't get a hold of them. They are disreputable. They have too many complaints with BBB. I've ordered before and been fine but something has happened to them.

      11/1/2022, $84.90, credit card was immediately charged. Today is 11/14/2022 and my order is still unfulfilled. Have emailed them twice and am currently on hold with them. I have called 4 times and today after holding for 20 minutes the recording said to call back later and hung up on me. The first recording always says hold time is 6 minutes, not true. No one seems to work at this company and no one certainly responds but they do charge your card immediately. Someone is able to do that. All I want at this point is a refund and my ordered cancelled.

      I was contemplating using a $25 FREE MERCHANDISE "ANYTHING YOU WANT" coupon (copy uploaded) this company sent to me at my daughter's address in Portland, Oregon (where I received a prior/first time order - also with problems. The first order arrived with two broken glass bottles in a BUBBLEWRAP envelope. The company refused to refund that original problem; would only send replacement bottles, which I finally received weeks later when I got done traveling around the country). NOTE: They had my credit card info saved from this first order.

      Regarding my Nov 6, 2022 "order" (never placed) I found a product I was considering buying. I added them to the "shopping cart". Then went back to find where to put in the $25 discount code. I entered it in the appropriate box on their site (for promo/discount codes) and hit "enter" key. Instead of applying a discount (I wanted to see if it covered shipping as well), it immediately PLACED AN ORDER. I did NOT hit a "PLACE ORDER" key on their site. I immediately wrote a message to their customer service department, on their website (after their recording indicated there were no customer service reps available on this SUNDAY). The site indicated they would contact me within 72 hours. It has been SIX days, and no one has contacted me; however, I got an em-mail (which went to my SPAM, but I found it), indicating the order shipped on November 9, 2022. I have not received what they call on order and intend to refuse it and return it to the company. I never PLACED an order; merely entered their discount code to see how much $ would come off the total. They used my previously stored credit card info and entered my shopping as an order. It never was!

      I ordered 1 bottle of their advertised product. I tried but didn’t like and had no results. With a lot of difficulty I managed to cancel my subscription but only after I was shipped another bottle. Again with a lot of difficulty and being persistent I managed to get a return label and returned the item. Now I can’t reach them to get a refund or even a store credit. I was notified that my return was received but have had no luck since.
