            I was in an vehicle accident and hit by one of there customers . The incident occurred on February 6th around 7pm , it is now march 23rd and my vehicle is still sitting in my drive way damaged and not usable because their claims department has failed to keep in contact with me and I have only gotten excuses on why my vehicle is still sitting . I can never get a hold of their claims rep and when I call the general number to talk to some one I get put on hold for ever and end up just having to hang up . This is all totally unacceptable and costing my or should I say losing my due to not being able to use my truck for work . Legal actions will now proceed

            Cancelling is a joke. No wonder their underwriters are pulling out. Got a new policy, gave them my information to cancel the policy with motion.. Motion knowing I was changing policies based on the screen shot provided from my new insurance company still charged me for my final month on my policy, they did not do any follow *** via either phone, email, or text. Honestly if I could give them negative stars i would.Before this fiasco I would have given a solid 4 stars because they were easy to work with, but now... They'd have to pay me to hold any kind of policy from them.
