I am wanting to get a refund of $1709.79 that I paid at big O tires in Santaquin Utah. They said that they fixed my Torque Converter seal and it was not done properly and my truck is leaking a lot of transmission fluid, I called the store back and they stated that it had a warranty of 12,000 miles or 12 months. They also stated that they were not transmission specialists when I told them that it was leaking a lot of fluid. Before I took the truck from Big O Tires I told them my truck was still leaking fluids and the mechanic assured me that was normal and it would stop. I have tried to take it to big o tires in Tucson, AZ where I live and they all said that they do not touch transmission issues and they said more than likely the store in Utah knew that I wouldn’t go back and thats why they did the work . I have reached out numerous times to the store and speaking to the sales associates and they keep telling me that the district manager will contact me. They spoke to the mechanic here in Tucson, AZ and were told that its the Torque Converter seal that is wrong and they have still not done anything about it. Big O Tires said that if I want it looked at I can take it back to their store which is 12 hours away. That is the only solution that they give me.
