Fast talking salesman. Bought an under eye cream. Was told to use once a week, would last a year. It lasted a couple of months. Paid $400. Should have known better. Scam

I was told before I bought their product it was refundable. However, their receipt states " All Sales Are Final" . Had I know they were not refundable I would not have made the purchase. ******** applied a sample of the collagen product under my eye. About an hour later I felt burning and tingling under my eye. The product she applied caked and cracked. I rinsed it off with cool water. I had an allergic reaction, under my eye puffed up and I got hives. I went to their store front with pictures showing what the reaction I got from their product. They couldn't help me because the "manager" was there. I got a phone call from customer service. I was told the owner would call me. The owner called me and asked me to come by the store... again. She offered me different products which I refused. I told her I only wanted a refund. I refused to use a product that gave me an allergic reaction. She assured me they would make me happy and asked that I go see her when she was there. I went back again, they did NOT make me happy. Instead they insisted I had to accept different products in exchange. I told them I wasn't interested in their products. I didn't want to risk another reaction. They didn't care, they insisted I take the products. These people are awful, they insist you do what they tell you do. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS, THEIR POLICY IS TO FORCE YOU INTO ACCEPTING AN EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT.

My Fianc is autistic and the person who forcibly grabbed her arm and dragged her to the stall put goop on her arm that she said felt gross. I did not care for the product. Attempted to reach merchant by chat three times with my fianc and the sales rep refused to give me a receipt. They charged my card 199 (159 plus other charges) for items that were 58 dollars. They quoted us a different price than what they charged. Disputing with the bank as they refused to help and said no returns at the stall after the card was swiped. They assault people to get the persons money and if you don't come back, they are rude and will make snide remarks about you to make you feel back. I will never let anyone of my friends or family purchase from them. Ever. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I work at a mall with a rajeunir inside and I cannot get passed them without them trying to sell to me even though they see me daily! Super pushy with every customer and use sketchy sales tactics to sell a way over priced product

My wife is 68 years old and is standard prey for these kind of outfits. This is a classic HIGH pressure sales outfit. Their products are WAY over priced and they use high ball low ball, guilt and every tactic you an think about to pressure people.. They encourage returns to their store by offering free facials and free refills. On her first visit the cost of a very small amount of product was over $1000. When she returned for a the "free facial" and free refills, they pressured here into buying an additional $4000+ of stuff, they said they discounted it from $14,000 (lets you know that it is not worth what they are asking). They accessed our **** card but could no get it to go through, and then charged our DISCOVER card. I have to watch our credit card statements to prevent them from possibly making charges in the future. Their sales practice is villainous. My wife IMMEDIATELY returned the product (less than an hour later), but they said it was non refundable, she gave it back anyway.Their sales model is based on PRESSURE, PRESSURE, PRESSURE which works well on old people with limited incomes.

Was approached at the ************* in ***************, who wanted to show me how wonderful these products were. I truly felt like I could not say no, as he was very pushy, and was offering to take away my puffy eye problems. I caved and let him. He gave me a free sample of their replenishing body butter and applied some tinted cream (the caviar, I believe) under each of my eyes. It did tighten the skin, almost immediately, but also burned a but. He said that was the hydronic (ms?)acid... said I deserved to treat myself to this $300+ dollar product, but I was not about to spend anything near that much on something that burned and felt so uncomfortable...he was also making me feel VERY uncomfortable. When I refused his ploys, he started becoming VERY RUDE and insulting. When I went to bed that night, I decided to try the body butter, just as a hand cream. Within 5 minutes, my hands started itching and burning in a most awful way. These products cannot be good for you, and their sales approach is shameful. Don't waste your money.By the way, the eye cream was stiff, flaky and my eyes felt uncomfortable all day until I was able to get home and clean my face.

This company uses scams as its business model. They use a confidence game to cheat customers. I have been disputing a $850 charge on my credit card for a product they never gave. The sales people will tell you to wait comfortably for while they cash you out at the register. They hand you your receipt and card and your nicely packaged shopping bag with the bought item and 3 free items. But if you are like most people and take your items and go home, you didn't take the time to remove all the pretty packing out of the bag to confirm all items were in the bag, you take your card, receipt, and pretty bag home and that's when you find out that the $850 item you bought is not in the bag. You attempt to call them and tell them that the item wasn't in the bag and there is no response, and the one response you receive results in the sales person telling you they will check the counter and get back with you but don't and then your number is blocked. Go to the store and they will threaten to call security on you. The product did work but my free items ended up costing me $850. Still fighting this with the company and the bank. This company needs to be shut down. I am stepping this up and filing a complaint with the BBB and FTC. Leaving one star only because that's the minimum.

0 stars. High pressured my mom with alzheimers to spend 2500 on products at the mall.We took the products back with the receipt and asked for a refund. The guy tried to play dumb like oh my manager has to approve it. Calls him in another language. Tells us to call a number in the morning on a card. We said no we are not playing games we are not leaving until we get a refund. You are scamming people we want the refund now. My brother made him call the manager on the phone and told him give us the refund. We got it finally but this is crap to take advantage of people like that and over charge them.

Horrible sales people with bad product. My mom and I were walking by the store and the stopped and kept saying how "young" we looked and how good our skin was. We tried to be polite and say thanks walk away but they came up to us and handed us free samples. Again we tried to be polite and then walk away. They said they had something free to give my mom so my mom went in hoping she could just grab it and go and they'd leave us alone. Not the case. The lady who walked us in then turned us over to a different lady inside who again kept trying to compliment us but then told my mom she had "spots" on her face and she had a scrub that would get rid of it and put it on my moms hand and started rubbing it in. She went on and on about how it was "pure collagen" and that my moms hand already looked so much better (it looked the exact same other than being wet from the product). My moms hand started to burn and she told the sales lady who told her "no, it doesn't burn you're fine, it's pure collagen. If it was burning you'd have hives and you have no hives" she then proceeded to tell mom how she'd give her such a good deal for a year supply. My mom repeatedly told her no I won't be buying anything. They lady says "why not, you don't care about your skin, you don't want to get rid of your spots and have nice skin"? Repeatedly after having just said how good our skin was. The lady was being rude and loud until she told us to leave if we weren't going to buy anything and waste her time. My mom told her that's what we've been trying to do this entire time. In all, they use over the top sales tactics, harass anyone who even passes by the store, insult you when you refuse to buy their expensive products, gaslight you when said product causes a bad reaction on your skin, and then get mad, rude, loud when you keep telling them no you won't buy their products. They should honestly be shut down so they can't harass mall goers anymore, who already avoid that end of the mall as is.
