    This company is terrible. They jacked up the price by almost $20/mo more than what I was paying. They're way too strict on what they will accept. If there's anything in the bag that they won't accept, they just toss the whole bag in the garbage instead of sorting out those items... even if it's just 1 or 2 items. What's the point in trying to recycle when the recycling company just tosses it in the garbage anyway. Additionally, they will continuously charge your card every month with or without permission. There's no way to delete your card information out of their system either. Plus, I have been trying to cancel my service for a couple weeks now. I left my cans out by the mailbox to get picked up like I told them in my cancellation notice, and they are still sitting there even though someone came through for pickup already. I never would have thought it would be so difficult to cancel this service, and I will never recommend this company to anyone else because of this difficulty just in trying to cancel. Do yourself a favor and avoid Recyclops at all cost

    Hello, this area is franchised. We will notify the franchisee immediately of your cans that need to be picked up as well as your cancellation.

    Horrible, horrible business practices. We have used Recyclops several months and have already had two missed pick *** but they dont hesitate to charge me the full month both times. I have held for someone to answer the phone as much as 15 minutes until I gave up and hung up the phone. Anytime you try emailing you get the auto reply that you are in the queue and weeks later still get no reply. I am amazed that a company with business practices this bad remains in operation.

    Recyclops has done a great job of reliably picking up my recycling in **********, **. They provide bags for it & quickly & satisfactorily respond to my questions. Besides having my recyclables magically disappear, Customer *********************** has gone above & beyond in getting me the information I needed quickly and personably, and what he promises happens in timely manner. These days, when getting any response to customer inquiries is a sadly a rarity, ********************************* are a pleasure to have in my recycling corner.

    I paid for 1 full year in September and am now being told they are charging me again on April 1st! There is no phone number to call, and the person that signed me up no longer works for the company.He told me to put in a ticket I have now done this 5 times and have not heard back from anyone!I do not recommend this service for the simple fact that when there is a problem you can not get ahold of a person!

    Undependable, inconsistent, lots of excuses and tap dancing when trying to resolve problems. Had to drop them because they are unreliable.

    I am so sorry to hear of the issues that some customers may have experienced - but I couldn't be more pleased! I don't remember how I heard about Recyclops, I think maybe on ********* But I have been a customer for about 2 years. Did month-by-month at first - last February I paid a year in advance & that was much simpler. I have had regular & reliable service, delivery of bags as needed. I am still learning about recycling and helping the environment, so I am happy to have local access to a recycling company. This price is reasonable for the convenience it provides; therefore, it helps me to "do my part" to helping the earth stay health.

    We do understand the service isn't for everyone, however, we try our hardest to see that it is an added convenience to as many of our customers' lives as possible. We know that there are people that want to do good and we want to make that easier for them. Thank you for being an advocate for your community and for recycling!     They don't pick up on the scheduled pick up dates. Out of 3 scheduled ones, they've done one. I also did not get any notification about this missed pick up. However, they were quick to tell me that I included bottles that were not part of what I signed up for and asked if I want to pay extra. It's hard to trust a business when they can't deliver what they said they will do on more than one occasion. Had I known it's this difficult, I would not have signed up.

    It looks as though you were notified of an issue with one of these pickups and the other pickup date our driver came by, but there was no recycling out to be collected. We're relieved to see that you were able to work with one of our Customer Experience team members to have a better understanding of why we have the pickup windows that we do. We hope this ensures seamless pickups for all of your future pickups and we apologize if your start with us was a little ******

    DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Absolute nightmare of a company. They have not picked up my recycling in over 4 months, despite continuing to charge me for services, including one I didn't even sign up for. I've spent weeks going back and forth with their customer service, which had absolutely no results. Now they've gone completely silent - it's been 5 weeks since I heard anything from them. They just charged me again for the next quarter, after I told them to cancel my service. There is no way to remove payment from the account, and there's no way to reach them by phone to submit complaints. Do not trust them!!!

    It is Nov. 28. My recycling has not been picked up since Oct. 11. Every week, we get a notification that there are no drivers and thus my pick up will be delayed a week. Absolutely inexcusable. I have requested cancellation and a refund (they charged my card on Nov. 9 for a year's renewal), but had to do so through an online form because I cannot find a phone number. Who knows if anyone will respond or if I will actually get a refund.

    We apologize for inconsistent pickups you experienced for the last month and a half of your service. Unfortunately, labor shortages effected routes to run on their normal days of the week and their were route reschedules in your community. It does look as though we reached out to to notify our customers for each of these reschedules by both text and email. I'm happy to see that our Customer Experience team was able to respond to your online support ticket and fully refund your subscription within one day of the request. Best of luck with your future recycling endeavors!

    Terrible service and even worse customer service. In just a few months, I had 4 different pickups missed, including 3 in a row. Now they won't refund my total due and refuse to respond to messages. They no longer have telephone customer service, requiring everyone to only send emails that are ignored. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE.

    Not only do we try to bring recycling to communities that wouldn't otherwise have any, but we also to provide local jobs as well. It looks like are ability to find dependable drivers in your community did create some inconsistencies of pickups, but that you were also credited for each pickup that was not received. After reviewing some communications, I'm also happy to hear that you were able to see that you were indeed refunded the amount you requested and that it was originally just overlooked. We hope you are able to reach your recycling goals even if it is by no longer using our company.
