    I purchased a total of three dresses from the above company. However, one of the dresses did not fit nicely on me, so I returned the ( Anntonette dress) , but kept the other two. I reached out to the company and was told that I would not be getting refund payments returned to my card, but a store credit. The order number for this particular dress is # ******. The date of this purchase was 06/22/2023. I asked for this refund 35 days after purchase, and was told that, I had 21 days for a cash/ monitary refund.
    Now, ivy city has the dress and my cash. I would like to get the money back on my card, as I don’t see another dress that I want. Please help me get my refund.

    Our return policy is publicly shown on our site stating that a customer has 21 days to request a return for refund, or 45 days to request a return for store credit or exchange. Because the customer submitted their return request after the policy deadline of 21 days for a monetary refund, the customer was shown store credit or exchange as return options and chose store credit.  

    However, after the customer reached out to stating they did not want credit and preferred a refund, we made an exception and issued a refund per the customer's request.

    I ordered a dress with a 30 day return policy and they sent me a very cheaply made dress with cheap fabric so I wanted to return it right away and they are trying to not refund the full amount by over charging me for additional shipping when the product was no where near the quality of what I paid. They are scamming people with the quality and untold return shipping fee.

    Our return policy does state shipping fees are non-refundable and that we have a $12 fee that is deducted from returns for refunds. Returns for credit and exchange do not have the $12 fee. Free return labels are provided to all US returns. We absolutely stand by our product and should there be any issues that are not up to our standards, we will take care of that. Per our conversation, we did waive the fee in this case since you were not satisfied with your dress, in addition to providing the free return label.
