iRepair was supposed to put a water softner in but they put some cheap little tankless water filter and charged me $1800 for garbage that doesn't even soften the water or go on my house on October 22,2021, the technician was so lazy and wanted to make easy money !!That filter only is sufficient up to 1500 sq. Feet and my house is 2500 square feet !! I contacted him and he was very rude and said I was stuck with it pretty much and the owner would not call me back after leaving several messages!! The Nuevoo water filter is garbage and I have some info on it plus a picture of what they put on that is on the floor now not able to use ! Plus an invoice from another company proving that I bought a REAL water softner with them and a picture of the new one from the new company because IRepair would not help me ,they took my money and ran and never looked back ,what a bunch of crooks ,they charged 2 cards and didn't even send me a reciept ,I feel so scammed by this horrible company !!! They need to give me my money back $1800, and they can have their cheap filter that is now sitting on my basement floor !!
