The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.
On February 1st, 2021 the business entered into a Settlement Agreement with the State of Utah Department of Commerce. The Assurance settles allegations that the business violated the Credit Services Organizations Act. Under terms of the Assurance, the business agreed to pay the Division the unsuspended portion of the fine stipulated in Section 4 of this .Agreement of $250.00. The Assurance was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
