I am beyond disappointed with this company. My original contact after receiving the merchandise and expressing my frustration that nothing fit as expected, was on 9/14 about returning my order and getting a full refund. Iwas told I would be getting an e-mail giving me an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 24 hours. When that email didn't arrive, I called back and was told it was the Labor Day holiday time and they were behind in "everything." I have left several messages requesting action and, other than an email from Jonathan Hurley saying they were working on it, have received no response, no return calls acknowledging my calls to them nor or any emails giving me authorization to return the merchandise. At this time, I can only state that this company no longer deserves an A+ rating with the BBB.
