Buyer beware! First and foremost, I ignored all the bad reviews when I called Advantage Windows and Doors. I fully regret not listening to the comments. So I was told to call this company to get my moms front door replaced (she is 80 years old). I called and **** the owner came over, and when he came over he sold my mom on getting all brand new windows. He is definitely a salesman and knows how to sell to people. We expressed how she needed a new door badly (he saw that the frame was broken, the door is warped, the sidelights are broken, and it doesnt lock). **** said no problem, he will take care of her. He wrote up a contract to show our great deal for the door IF WE BOUGHT THE WINDOWS and she signed the contract. He sold her on the lifetime warranty, quick installation and how if we did the windows right now then he would give us a great deal on the door afterwards. Woody (his worker) came out a week later and replaced all the windows. **** and ***** measured the door, asked us what we wanted, we sent him the door we want and was supposed to contact me to get it replaced. This all started in November. We are now in February and still no door. I have texted multiple times, called multiple times and no response. He took advantage of an 80 year old woman and convinced her to spend $8000 on windows (when she needed a door) and he never fulfilled the obligation for a door. I am very disappointed because I had a few people that wanted to get their windows replaced but they have now lost out on their business all due to no communication. Its unfortunate because Woody (I never saw more than just one guy doing all the work) did a great job on the windows but I dont think **** would fulfill the warranty part in case anything did happen (based on other comments and reviews Ive read and they never get call or texts back either). Buyer beware!! As soon as he gets all his money then he is gone in the wind.
