It was sold to something now calleds innov8tive Nutrition. How sad they never even told us. Only reason I found it is I placed and order and it took 3 weeks. When I called to check on it I was told the wharehouse was moving. NOT that it was being bought by another company, Apparently I was told funds were mismanged. Very sad, I lost around $56 in bonus points and I am just the bottom one. I have heard others who were big in to Perfectly Post have lost hundered more. What a pathetic company to not advise and let use our credits after we spend our money in "good faith" with this company.

Save your money!--give to a company worthy of your hard earned money. Terrible customer service/follow through. Received this email on June 9, 2017. I've followed up numerous times to no avail. The email that it was sent from does not accept replies. IF I get ahold of anyone--they have no idea what I'm talking about and no clue who can help me. 4 years later--I'm still waiting for a refund, or ANY communication for that matter. No wonder MLM companies get bad wraps................. Clearly they pocketed many customers money that was taken in as 'tax'. Seems about as fraud as it gets. Dear Customer, You are receiving this email because we are issuing you a refund for an overpayment of sales tax on at least one of your Perfectly Posh orders since January 17, 2017. How did this overpayment happen? Perfectly Posh made some system changes to how discounts were applied to orders when specific promotions were in effect (e.g., Buy Five Get the Sixth Free, the Sponsor-Only Exclusive, free Starter Kit items, etc.). This change resulted in you being erroneously taxed for free items. In turn, Perfectly Posh sent that overpayment along to various city, county, and state tax authorities. To remedy the situation, we will be issuing a refund check to you that is equal to the amount you overpaid. We will send the check to the shipping address we have on file. The issue that introduced the overpayment has been repaired as of May 26, 2017, so purchases made after that date were not impacted. Our finance and IT teams validated that the refunded amount is correct and that there were no other instances of tax overpayment. Refunds will vary based on your geography due to differences in city, county, and state taxes. By Wednesday, June 21, 2017, we will mail to you a document/statement that details how we arrived at the refund amount, along with a check for that amount. Buyer Beware when ordering. Very confusing online ordering, that the company admits to and does not fix. Will give you “Perks” instead of sending you the product ordered when using coupon code. Very disappointed with customer service by not sending the additional product.
