Everee only allows two free standard bank transfers per 30-day periodand after that, they begin charging workers simply to transfer their earned income into their own bank accounts. These are not instant or expedited transfers. We're talking about basic 13 business day ACH transfers, which are free on nearly every other payment platform. This practice feels predatory and exploitativeparticularly for freelancers, gig workers, and anyone paid weekly or per shift. Its essentially a paywall on your own paycheck, and Everee profits directly from workers who are just trying to get paid. While these fees may be legal, theyre unethical. Employers and platforms that use Everee may not even realize the burden this places on the people doing the actual ******* asking Everee to:Remove or revise this policy Allow unlimited free standard bank transfers (or at least increase the limit significantly)Stop penalizing workers for simply accessing their income This type of fee structure disproportionately ***** those with the least financial margin, and it needs to change. Desired Resolution:Remove transfer fees for standard ACH payments Increase transparency about transfer limits Stop penalizing users for routine payouts

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At Everee, we deeply value transparency, fairness, and—above all—giving workers fast and reliable access to their earnings. We hear and understand your concerns.
To clarify, Everee does offer fee-free, same-day ACH transfers as part of our core platform. However, the employer you work with has chosen to provide payment through the Everee pay card, which follows a separate, standard fee schedule. This pay card is designed to offer flexibility and convenience for workers—there’s no cost to sign up, no monthly account fees, and you can make unlimited purchases using the card without incurring any fees.
We do understand that transferring funds from the card to a bank account can be an important need for some workers. While fast transfer options are available for those who choose to use them, it’s true that these carry a fee, and the number of free standard transfers per 30-day period is currently limited to two. That said, these standard transfers are not required to receive your pay, and your earnings remain immediately accessible via the card.
We recognize that any friction in accessing your income can feel burdensome, especially for those working paycheck to paycheck. Our mission is to enable fast, flexible access to earnings, and we’ve built our platform to allow employers to choose the payment methods that best serve their teams—whether that’s instant pay to a card, same-day ACH, or other options.
We appreciate your perspective and will continue to evaluate how we can best support both businesses and the workers they employ. Your feedback is critical to helping us improve.
    Sincerely,
    The Everee Team

**** was very misleading when he sold me. I asked what the initial fee was and he spoke of none, but I got hit with a $600 start up fee. He also hide the fact that Im stuck in a contract for a for a year. I need to pay the rest of the year ($1350) if I want to cancel everything with them. It doesnt matter to them that they were dishonest.this company based out of **** just wants money and could care less about taking care of their customers. They also do not have a phone number anymore. They do everything by email so they can ignore you. Everything about this company has been awful.

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. We're truly sorry for the timing of our responses after you signed the contract with us. We show in our logs that we tried to contact you via email and phone more than 8 times within 3 weeks of you signing the contract to work with us. We strive to respond quickly to all new and existing customers and we are sorry if this approach wasn't sufficient to meet your needs. We are reviewing our communication approach internally to see what adjustments need to be made to ensure timely communication with our prospective customers.
